You’ll be in the heart of one of London’s most multicultural neighbourhoods, and enjoying a retreat reflective of this cool area. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
Located in youthful and popping Brixton, this flat is surrounded by restaurants serving cuisine from around the world, exciting musical venues, including the O2, and several parks and historic attractions. The flat has been recently refurbished and redesigned for sale, and as such features an exciting and trendy design that fits in well with the surrounding area. The living room is bright and airy, with french doors that lead out onto a small veranda equipped with chairs and a table for an evening take-in of the sights. There is also a sofa and seating area that features a flat screen TV and coffee table, ideal for snuggling up with your partner or alone during a downtime in your stay. The kitchen has been fully refurbished and stocked with all the necessary amenities and utensils that you’ll need should you wish to eat in. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed lined with luxurious throws, and offers views of the cityscape from its glass walls. The bathroom features showering facilities and a toilet for your private usage. You’ll be located on the 12th floor of an apartment complex, so you’ll be able to enjoy maximum comfort and privacy during your stay. As the home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale, the apartment must be prepared for viewings when they happen. So once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home is located in one of London’s coolest areas, Brixton, in South London. You’ll be close to several trendy hotspots, and even the Brixton market which takes place during the weekends. There are a plethora of bars, restaurants and even clubs in the area that you can choose from if you want to dine out, and if you want a little bit of greenery, Brockwell Park is only a ten minute walk to the south.
The home is ideally located near Brixton Tube Station which provides fast access to central London via the Victoria line. This is the most direct way into the centre of the city, taking you to Zone 1 in around ten minutes. You’re also within walking distance of several bus stops that can take you to other parts of the city but you can always access central via Uber or Bolt, as well.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! No entanto, só deve fazê-lo em situações excepcionais, dado que quanto o proprietário aceita a sua reserva, a propriedade deixa de estar disponível e pode levar à perda da oportunidade de arrendar a propriedade a outra pessoa.
