Flation provides a good service for apartments and are reasonably priced. Any time I contacted customer service they were able to sort out my issue. The only issue is the time it takes to get a response due to time zone differences. Can you reduce the service fee on your platform?

So much easier than figuring out the local renting culture. The ability to have a short term stay without any realtor fees is great. The ease of regular booking apps with the prices of longer term rentals.

The user interface is awful, constantly shifting prices, resetting of filters, not always intuitive, maps are not very useful to see what's around.

It was a very good service and also safe for all the things that have to be done when renting a flat.

Overall satisfied, good customer service when we had questions. Only thing is we would like to have the option to ask for a refundable deposit for stays shorter than 180 days.

I like that you answer my questions very prompt every time I ask something and I would like to have a more flexible date range to rent our properties. To be able to rent for a shorter time too. Thank you.

Everything was great, the only point might be the mobile interface for using Flatio, and the research (I didn't succeeded to just type the city name for looking for rent).

It's the only website which shows all the expenses in a detailed way.
