It is not that difficult to get help from the support team. It is important to have the possibility to speak with someone on the phone, and flatio offers this solution. Communication is not very clear sometimes. Flatio needs to equally protect hosts and guests interests. Hosts provide the resources that guests want or need at zero cost for flatio.

I like the app and website very much. The onlyy feature I would add would be a general calendar, where I could see all my listings and their calendars together to be able to have a general vision, instead of having to check one by one. This is a small detail, not a critic. Other than that I have only good things to say about flatio and have been enjoying a lot to work with them.

The best of Flatio, that I'm constantly saying to whom ask me about the platforms I work with, is that we can message the future tenants and communicate with them. That is extremely important when you rent a room in a shared apartment, that you need to know if that person is a good fit to live with the other flatmates... the worse of Flatio is that 3 rejections rule, specially when I reject someone because he doesn't reply to my messages and I can clearly see in his profile he isn't looking for a bedroom but for an all apartment. The tenant can send several reservations to several landlords, without even bother to read the description and the house rules and never reply to the messages and who is penalised is the landlord. I think when the landlord sends a message to the tenant the 24 hours "countdown" should stop until they reply that message.
