Allow check in and check out on same day?

Tudo bem.

Flatio is good to deal with when I had a problem with my very first rental of a week and it was not up to any sort of standard. Fairly fast response time.. To improve would be to make a contract a binding agreement. My first contract was all set and then the apartment was sold. Their contracts only become binding within 30 days so I was left scrambling to find a place with 40 or 50 days until my arrival in Praha. Not too delighted with that. It worked out with Hana's place as a replacement for the one that got sold out from under me but that was just luck.

A suggestion is to lower the fee paid to Flatio as this makes more expensive the rent already high for local standards.

First time using flatio and i was a little worried but apartment was exactly as described, owner was great and no problems whatsover with flatio payments, contract

Simple and straightforward

The quality of flats (i Hope...)

VERY GOOD WEBSITE AND EASY TO USE

I like the user interface, the transactions are easy and so far I've had a pleasant experience.

It's a quiet and peaceful environment, the apartments are so nice and warm.

I was completely satisfied.

The website is well-structured and easy to navigate, making the whole process smooth and straightforward. Whenever I had any questions, I received quick and helpful responses from the support team. Overall, I found the platform reliable and user-friendly, and I would definitely use it again.

My first apartment in Budapest was no longer available. Flatio didn't inform me but the owner did one week before I was due to arrive. There was no communication from Flatio about this issue . I was then stuck with trying to hustle and find reasonable accommodations after I spent months researching and choosing the first one. Flatio offered no apologies or discount on the next apartment rented. Poor customer service.

Flatio was a quick and easy way to secure a medium term rental. I will definitely be using the site again

Uncomplicated affordable service to book a holiday or a long term accommodation. No hidden catches or fees.

It’s really easy to use

very intuitive and clear website

Easy and clear interface for booking, good options for rental.

Good

Excellent communication through email reminders, contracts etc.

Kladně hodnotím rychlý a bezpečný proces.
