I discovered Flatio by chance and it is the first time I use it. This is such a convenient solution for middle terms stay! The service fees are a bit high, but they come with trustable guarantees in case anything goes wrong - and that's still cheaper than booking monthly stays on short-term specialized platforms!

I generally like the app. but think that the calendar management features are a little clumsy & awkward to use.

You are quick in reacting. I think you should protect guests as well in terms of if the paperwork or visas delay , Guests should have some flexibility.

Flatio services were super good: reminders on the date of arrival and departure were very appreciated.

Very satisfactory service, excellent alternative to the classic apartment search sites, very active help service, they answer you in less than 24H. Maybe improve the contacts with the insurance part, obviously they don't take care of it, but I contacted the customer center and I've been waiting for a response for a week.
