I had a very positive experience with Flatio. The platform was easy to use, the booking process was clear, and all the important information was available from the beginning. Thanks to Flatio, I was able to find a housing in a safe way in a matter of hours. It was very easy to communicate with the host. I would however extend the time period needed to sign the first leasing agreement to a few days at least.

One small suggestion for improvement would be the communication process when a host does not respond within the required time. My first booking request expired automatically because the host had not seen my messages, which caused some uncertainty. It might be helpful if the platform could send additional reminders to hosts or provide guests with more information during this period. Apart from that, everything worked very well, and I would be happy to use Flatio again for future business and personal trips.

Flatio is such a cool platform. Everything works seamlessly and easy. The only thing I would recommend is to be aware of fake advertisements and delete those that are not valid or responding. I experienced that 2 or 3 times. Waiting up to 24 hours before a response. And then my application was cancelled due to no response or authenticity.

I like the efficiency and how easy it is to find you perfect place with filters from budget and district to internet speed, thats nice. I would have liked to be able to know more about the exact location of the place before booking except from Only the district yet i was lucky and got a perfect location ationz service fee feels a little high and come out as surprise when you are about to pay (would appreciate it if they disclose that with the places price bc at the end you will pay it.
