I would rate your services very highly. What pleased me the most was the excellent communication and how well-maintained and clean the apartment was. Everything was organized perfectly, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. As for improvements, I honestly can't think of anything significant. I was very happy with everything.

Flatio was great, they did all the proper security checks, and ensured my payment was secure. I realy like the fact that I was able to contact the landlord from their site. This was very helpful to me as it was important to me to be able to communicate with the landlord.

Please change you payments gateway service. For the unknown reason they don’t accept Visa/Mastercard cards issued in Georgia. So I had to ask a friend from the EU to pay for me.

I feel that Flatio is a safe place to rent units abroad. I feel comfortable sending my personal information.

Very friendly and straightforward. Makes the legal aspect of renting a place in a foreign country easier to newcomers. Service fee (at 15%) is a bit too steep.
