Nice - but I would prefer if the service fee was included in the initial price that is showed.

We used Flatio to rent accommodation for several months, and it's a great platform for this purpose. The web application is quite convenient, and we had no problems with contracts or payments. However, if you are planning to look for accommodation for a longer period, this platform may not be suitable for you, as prices here may be higher than on other platforms. As an improvement, I would suggest creating a mobile application for even greater convenience.

I will definitely use flatio again. Easy process. Reliable.

Everything was easy and smooth. Communications was good and the reminders were at good times and frequencies.

For the most part, concerning the cost of the rental, I believed - and now know - that it was much more then I should have been paying for the size of the space, by comparison to other rental listings that l later researched.

The best part about Faltio is that we were able to find a reasonably priced flat — much better value than many other platforms. The only downside is that the booking process is a bit more complex because it involves a full rental contract, unlike simpler sites like Booking.com. Still, it’s worth it if you’re looking for affordable long-term stays and don’t mind a bit of extra paperwork.

Really high level service, professional website, background

Flatio has been outstanding — professional, responsive, and truly guest-focused. The platform made finding housing easy and transparent, and their support team was quick to assist when problems arose. My experience with the host was disappointing, but Flatio handled the situation with care and professionalism. I would absolutely use Flatio again and highly recommend their service to other travelers.
