Průměrně. V poslední době se zlepšila komunikace - paní Brabcová. Co zlepšit? to už je evergreen: Vaše hloupé webové stránky 1/Pro každého ubytovatele je zásadní KALENDÁŘ. Ten je v podstatě k nenalezení, namísto toho aby svítil na úvodní straně po přihlášení 2/Uzavřeli jsme smlouvu a soudím, že jako korektní partneři, takže já samozřejmě počítám a souhlasím s tím, že si z každé platby strháváte svou část. A prakticky mne to nezajímá ale na vašem webu tato informace zujímá jednu z prestižních pozic. A grafické vyjádření tržeb ???? To je jako náš Lojzík upláca bábovičku......

Flatio is very accessible. I knew that if I had a problem, I can always get in touch with you. You answered my questions or comments in a short term. I did not have to wait for days to get a reply. The apartment was exactly like how it was in the pictures. You did not get extra money from me. You kindly reminded me the times of payments. To sum up, you guys are awesome :)

Stránka Flatio ma milo prekvapila.Stránky sú veľmi prehľadné a je na nich všetko čo klient potrebuje vedieť. A hlavne si klient môže vybrať počet dní na prenájom a nie na celý rok. A čo sa týka poplatkov sú veľmi prijateľné a nie sú prehnané.

I like how Flatio takes care of its visitors. When I sent an e-mail to get more information they immediately return to me even it is a weekend. Also, there is adequate pictures and information about the apartments.I can truly understand what the house looks like and what it consists of. Flatio is open about the prices as well. Some websites say that the price is total but then they include some additional fees out of nowhere. Here everything is clear and fair.

Nevýhodou platformy Flatio je, že s potenciálním zájemcem o ubytování není možné komunikovat před potvrzením rezervace. Řadu podstatných detailů tak není možné vyjasnit předem.

I would add more landlords:) Most of the good places are booked starting from November and just few of them available in a 2-3 weeks time. Also it would be great to have someone from support ready to help you instantly aka personal assistant/agent who's always on - i tried to get in touch with support for 3 days in a row - phone is not answering, emails not replied, and I only got help through Facebook in few days or so after I messaged Flatio. Probably some tech issues here, but 24/7 hotline would be a great idea. Otherwise I'm happy you guys exist and disrupt the real estate industry! Keep it up!
