Quick and easy communication.

Flatio has been a breeze to deal with. Booking an apartment is straightforward and simple. There are a few things to sign which is new for me when booking apartments but besides this, it's been good. we did have a unfortunate experience with one of the apartments I booked which we had to immediately leave but Flatio did everything they could to ensure that we were safe and taken care of and was in touch daily to make sure all was ok in our alternative accommodation. I have no issues using their service again regardless of 1 bad experience.

Very good service, nice and easy to use. Makes living in a foreign city far easier than having to negotiate every service for yourself.

Interesting flats and good options for remote workers!

It made finding a place simple and stress-free. Is there anything we could do better? Honestly, I found it to be a really good service overall, so I can't think of anything you need to improve right now. Keep up the excellent work!

good platform

Flat has been great so far, I highly recommend it.

Good communication, transparent, and reliable.

Good platform, safe rentals, good communication, and you allow necessary messages with potential tenants.

I would be more satisfied if I could have an app. It would be for me much easier to answer messages, and I would feel more sure about this website.

Easy to use and thorough.

Todo fácil con FLATIO

Easy communication.

Contract should be given in English and the local language. If anyone needs to use for a visa it always has to be in the local language. Easily done by AI these days

Everything is good

The overall experience is great, and I definitely want to use Flatio again, but the landlords unresponsiveness is harming the usability and speed of the reservation process.
