I like the safety that provides to both tenant and landlord, however to ensure that it has a stiff process for tenants taking care of VISA process that needs a one year contract 3 months away. That situation implied that I had to pay taxes to register the contract without having received any money at all. The solution could be to establish the option for a fee for legal diligences.
