Transparency of payments was great. I don't like that you have to clean whole house when you leave as it should be in the price and I never clean like professional cleaners. Also when you have early flight, you can't wash sheets or towels. Because of that I got lower ranking from previous owner(

Nice selection of locations. It would be nice if you made it clearer what payments are due and when. A simple schedule of payments would be better than a box that says “payments due”.

The information is very clear and it’s good that you don’t have to pay a fee for making a request for example. The security for tenants in case the property would not live up to expectations is also o good addition!
