The part with transfering costs of energies to the visitor feels bit weird and risky, but I guess there is not much you can do about it.

We really liked Flatio's service. As a guest, they way they approached the host and guest relationship provided me confidence in the transaction. Also, we were able to find more varied places to stay in Funchal versus other popular services.
