The prices are decent, and the experience is pleasant. I haven't had any issues with you so far. I like the fact that I can easily find an apartment for mid-term rent that won't cost me a fortune. I'd like you to have a mobile app, as using the web version is not too convenient, especially when you are on the run.

I am not sure if the web and experience will go nicely because I have never tried before, but if it does and we don't have any "surprises", I will be very happy to use it again and recommend the web to others friends working remotely or in need of a short-term rental.

Efficiency was a 10. The only issues were not being able to contact anyone except through text, sometimes making even minor communication a laborious process, and the fact that paying the rent the easiest way, by card, was only possible with a hefty express fee.

Flatio works well in Budapest, it fills a market niche and the page is complete, it is well set up. What you could do better is pricing, and offer to the clients the same montly pricing as added by client, instead of taking the price on the first day of the contract applying it as a flat price. Different months have different demand. Daily pricing would be even better, as there are very high seasons such as massive events, Formula 1, big concerts, Sziget, etc. (talking about Budapest) that drives demand high up. Please consider a more dynamic pricing, for the good of both parties, after all Flatio lives from commissions. Thank you!
