Very satisfied with the overall organisation and the support provided by the team.

After five years of full time travel, Flatio is our number one platform for our apartment hunting.

Flatio's customer support works well. They help you in difficult situations.

The fee is quite high and very annoying if you have to pay every single time when you book it

maybe to add alterernatives room s like share room, rent a bed.

Totally

The website is easy to use. I found the outreach by Flatio representatives (even when I contacted them in error) to be helpful, friendly, and highly responsive.

1-2 hónapos bérlők inkább a többség.

This was my second time renting through Flatio, and it couldn't have gone any better. Highly recommend.

Flatio is an excellent platform for connecting with guests and managing rentals. The process is straightforward, communication is good, and it provides a convenient way to reach international guests. I would recommend it to other hosts.

Flatio is efficient and helpful.

Ověřte si vybavení nemovitosti (úklidové prostředky, kuchyňské vybavení atd.) s majitelem. Ne vždy je seznam na Flatio aktuální se stavem na ubytování.

Cool

Seamless!

Flatio is a trustworthy and well-structured online booking platform.

Well organized and easy to control the bookings

Byłem pierwszy raz i jestem MIŁO zaskoczony

I wish Flatio refunded me for the extra day I paid for when I changed my lease dates. Getting that refund from the apartment was extremely tedious for everyone involved since I didn't have a European Bank account. A simple transfer back to my credit card would have saved everyone a lot of headache.

Flatio is very responsive. I made a mistake booking and they returned my fee right away!

Everything went smoothly and the apartment was as described

I like Flatio very much… but it doesn’t get me many guests and also the pricing it is a little strange. It is not calculated right or it’s just too complicated.

personal care -- there are humans behind the company, and you see and hear it!

Great platform
