Flatio platform must improve its due diligence. I’ve had a terrible experience in this first time I’ve rent my apartment, due to the fact of false information in his profile - his contact number. I have sent my feedback by email to the platform - happy to forward if you’re interested to know the details. Best regards, João

A hosz felület továbbra is kusza számomra.

A plataforma funciona muito bem, com lembretes constantes sobre as entradas, muito intuitiva e pratica de utilizar, excelente experiencia.

Host fees are too high, considering guests also pay a fee

Flatio were great and Domenica was brilliant.

Flatio was easy to use and felt reliable. The only issue was that we didnt receive any notification for rent being due and almost forgot to pay so I think an email reminder would be good .

easy apartment search

Everything was fine and clear.

I have never had issues with Flatio; all the apartments rented were exactly as described and pictured. Contracts are made in 2 languages and are suitable for legalization; everything can be executed within minutes. Hosts are super supportive, so far it's one of the best experiences that I had

Very nice!

I liked having an alternative to AirBnB.

I would rate a 10, good service, safe.

Publicity. :)

Thanks to the Flatio platform! The process of finding a home and signing the contract went smoothly — I truly appreciate the creation of such a thoughtful space for living and connection.

smooth and good support

I am very satisfied with Flatio as a platform. The quality of the tenants is excellent reliable, respectful, and pleasant to host, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I also want to highlight the remarkable professionalism of the Flatio team: they are attentive, responsive, and always quick to find effective solutions whenever needed. It’s truly reassuring to work with a platform that is both well-structured and human-centered. Thank you for your support and commitment to quality.

I think Flatio is a very good thing. :)
