The reservations viewing on the platform is very confusing because contracts are separate, reservation details are separate ... I think the way we view reservation can be improved and also the system of modifying reservations is very complicated and I think that can be improved as well and some of the menu items are also confusing some menu items are under the profile and the others are under the hamburger menu and they don't seem very streamlined so these things if you can look at and improve them that will really improve the user experience. Also there are a lot of listings that are actually not active anymore so when we send a request no one response or they decline without a reason so it would be good if flatio could like check with owners and check listings that they're actually active and if the hosts are actually active.

Easy to book, lower price than competitor. Please develop an app, it would be easier to manage

Simple and effective. Bank transfers for payments usually take some time to process. Furthermore, it isn't nice to not have access to the receipts from your payments. These should be avaliable to all clients, not just companies. Nontheless, Flatio made the process of renting a house abroad much easier, would recommend.

We've had very good success in renting properties through Flatio.

Safe and easy to use

Flatio helped us find the rent apartment of our dreams (as we've learnt over the 3 months of staying there), which ranks it high on apartment hunting websites. Our only negative experience was a previous apartment owner unilaterally cancelling our booking 2 weeks before our arrival, which is annoying if you want to move for a longer amount of time and have boxes to ship internationally - having an apartment pulled like a rug from underneath you was not a pleasant experience.
