It's a great way to find apartments. Although, the service costs are pretty pricey. It wasn't really clear on forehead that these prices were also added. But next to that the service was fine and the respond-time to our emails were very good!

We got a good flat for a good price in the end, but communication and payment were difficult. Could have been more helpful when our first choice cancelled - booking.com are much better at making sure you're not left worse off.
