Flatio proved to be very reliable and easy to use. Especially good for longer stays. I deducted points because I find the service fee very high.

Tops is the apparent security of the reservation. You are taking responsibility, not just collecting fees. Also quick and easy to use.

The communication with the host exceeded my expectations, and I really appreciated how easy and smooth the renting process was. It would be great if you could expand your property selection and consider sharing exclusive offers with subscribers (like me) a bit earlier, so I can plan my next visit through your platform! :)

I found quite competitive pricing for very very accommodations but still :) And I've used your platform last year and was happy with how everything went.

Really surprisingly good. Quite a lot of cheap alternatives for longer rental periods and also lots of reviews and I like the whole communication and contract making process with the homeowner.

I would like the lighting in the bedroom to be a warm spectrum electric bulb. It would be nice if the clotheslines were replaced with new ones. And if there were 3 metal soup spoons. But overall, I thought the apartment's equipment was good.

Excellent communication from the Flatio team and support regarding all the phases of the rental!

For longer stays Flatio is my first choice. However, I've had issues with landlords advertising the availability of shorter stays and not actually accepting them. On some browsers I've found the website to not render properly, making site navigation a bit of a challenge. (A native app--not JavaScript website apps but real Swift/Kotlin apps, would be very welcome.)

Mask sensitive ID and passport document number in contracts and across the website. Also landlords should not be asking for copies of IDs via insecure messages but Flatio should offer a secure solution to store and share such sensitive documents if required.

When I started discovering Flatio, I overlooked that some of the landlords put their place online, but hadn't logged in for months. So I wasted time applying to spaces that probably aren't available anymore. It would be great if more active landlords would get a more prominent place in the rankings on the Flatio website.

It's easy to communicate with landlords and I appreciate sending reminders
