Our rental during our family's relocation was a disaster and we are continuing our legal avenues to recover nearly 3K Euro in lost rent and incurred costs. We were forced to move from her Campo Pequeno flat because of constant harassment requesting to allow strangers visit the flat who were interested in long term rentals. The walls were moldy, wet and the appliances could not be used at the same time - obviously the wiring was badly done during the 'renovation'.
She is aggressive, unapologetically so - and continually (even now, weeks later) threatens us with lawsuits and the like, all because we advised her in advance that we were moving to another flat because of the constant requests to allow strangers to "view" the flat.
