It was an easy process

I have been a Flatio user for several years and appreciate the selection of homes in the Porto area and their prompt response to issues. Drawbacks are that the insurance they offer only covers the first few days of the stay. They also advise direct communication between the host and tenant to resolve issues, which can be quite tense. I would expect Flatio to intercede more considering the fees charged.

A flatio sem duvida é uma plataforma pratica só aconselhava a estrutura de alteração de preços e datas de disponibilidades deveria ser mais prática para quem prefere não utilizar o calendario.

I think Flatio works quite well — the contracts and insurance in place make it feel very reliable. One thing I’d appreciate, though, is the ability to see the rental rates upfront when browsing for a place.
