I recently stayed at Orsolya's apartment in Budapest for three weeks, and it was a wonderful experience! The apartment is situated in a beautiful, traditional Hungarian building, adding to the charm and authenticity of our stay. The location is fantastic – it's in a calm and quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. We never had any trouble finding what we needed nearby. Inside, the apartment is cozy and well-furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. The utilities worked perfectly, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Our neighbors were incredibly nice which added to the pleasant atmosphere of the building. As three girls studying abroad, we felt safe and welcomed throughout our stay. Orsolya was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We truly had the best time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Budapest. Thank you, Orsolya, for making our stay so memorable!

Ivana was lovely and super communicative. The flat was perfect, was shockingly cool temperature despite how hot the summer weather was so totally perfect! The flat is well equipped with everything you might need, and is located in a lovely part of Prague very safe with lots of cafes and restaurants around as well as grocery stores. I would happily stay again and recommend to others :)

The apartment is nice, right in the center of city and close to the museum. Tram and bus stop is 3 mins walk, metro is 7-8 mins walk. The apartment has everything you need from TV, washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils. The only downside is the owner is unresponsive and had to follow up multiple times for almost everything.

Fully equipped cozy two floors apartment in quiet area, 10/15 minutes walking distance from the city centre. A/C perfectly working, nice outdoor area. We spent some 40 days there, very happy. Andreia is very helpful and reactive. Suggested.

Incredible place, location, and home. We loved staying at Elena’s lovely home. The appliances are great, beautiful bathroom, and breathtaking views from the apartment and rooftop. Kitchen is well stocked and it’s located in a great neighborhood.

I had a very great experience in this beautiful apartment! Katalin and Nigel are very kind and available hosts. The apartment is brand-new, in a perfect position that allows you to reach everything in Budapest. I hope to get there again in future! Totally recommended.

The flat if really nice and spacious. It’s well equipped, has all kitchen amenities, modern TV and so on. It’s very close to the city center and the beach. It also had a parking spot in the garage, but we mostly used the parking on the street as it was never crowded (also a plus). It does get a bit cold during winter but there were two electric heaters for us to use. However, while the flat was nice, we can’t say the same about the owners. We rented the place for 5 months with a cat, after an initial agreement in Flatio messages that we can stay with the cat if we pay 100€ more per month to cover any extra cleaning after our stay. We kept the apartment very clean, with monthly control visits so that the owners make sure that nothing was destroyed. At the end of the stay, the owners demanded that we pay extra for washing the duvets, pillows, the sofa, the windows, the balcony etc. (or that we do it ourselves which was impossible while still staying at the apartment) - once we mentioned that this should be covered from the extra 500€ which we payed throughout the stay, the owners pretended that they don’t know what we’re talking about and still demanded that we cover the additional cleaning. It was also very problematic to get in touch with them because the owners use a company to manage the flat so everything had to be passed through that company. Summary: the flat and the management company are nice but beware of the owners, cause the only thing that we experienced is that they were greedy and were just looking to get extra money. We payed because we didn’t want to have any trouble but it shouldn’t look like that.

The room I rented is spacious and has a great view of the neighborhood, the mountains, and the park's trees across the street. It includes a flat widescreen TV, a mini fridge, and ample storage space for all your belongings. The room is also well-lit with plenty of windows, which was a big plus for me. Josip is an awesome landlord and a genuinely great guy. He's super understanding and really cares about both the apartment and his tenants. Josip is chill, friendly, and always quick to help with any issues that might come up. Plus, he knows Zagreb like the back of his hand and always has the best tips for places to check out if you want to avoid the many tourist traps.

David was a perfect landlord. Very helpful, responsive, and available. The flat was exactly as described. All the necessary articles were there. The only little improvement could be to update some of the kitchen utensils (saucepan, frying pan). Overall this was a very pleasant experience helping to make the stay in Prague perfect.

It was a great time. Very responsive owners! The apartment is new, everything was done with love, fully equipped down to the smallest detail. The location is the best, within walking distance of the park, attractions and restaurants.

We spent 3 weeks in Katalin's flat. The flat itself is great and the location is perfect for tourism (bus or subway really close to the adress). We would definitely recommand it to someone who wants to visit Budapest.
