Marina was a very good host. She responded quickly and took care of anything that needed fixing in a timely manner. She was available throughout my stay to answer any questions I had. I enjoyed the apartment, which is perfectly located in the city centre and very close to the university. I can recommend both the apartment and Marina as a host.

This was an exceptionally pleasant stay. The apartment is in an amazing location, in the charming stone city centre with a lot of historical attractions just steps away, with a lot of supermarkets 2,3 mins away, and close to the beach of Sibenik. Despite the extreme heat waves, the apartment stays cool and pleasant; the AC is almost not necessary. The apartment is very clean, totally renewed and has everything needed for a monthly or longer stay, and it is very cozy. Also amazing value for the price. The host is very kind and helpful, one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of staying with in my countless travels. My every question got answered promptly and in detail, and they are overall very nice and accommodating people. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, and will come back as soon as my travel plans allow. Thanks again for everything!

I had an excellent stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. All the appliances were modern, worked perfectly, and made my stay very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after work while still being well connected to the city. The host was also outstanding. Communication was always easy, fast, and friendly, and they were consistently available to answer any questions or help whenever needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The owner was helpful with everything

I gave this place 10/10, but with the caveat that it's not for everyone because of the noise. Noise This will be a big factor for a lot of people. You can hear the tram every few minutes if you pay attention, and there are many sirens that echo through the street because you're right on a major traffic artery. To some people, this is a huge annoyance; to other's, it's assurance that the city is working fine. Where I've lived I've needed ear plugs on some nights because of the noise outside in the street, so I'm used to the levels of noise that you will encounter at this apartment. If noise bothers you, you should find another place. Location Great location next to a metro, the 4-6 tram, the 72 bus, and Nyugati Rail Station. I really loved the location - travel within the city and outside of it is quite convenient from here. Groceries are very convenient. You don't have a great view; you can see the post office next store and the intersection, but the post office is a lovely building and the street is alive with families and children in the morning and tourists at night. I'm often interested to take a peak outside. Safety There are 3 gates before you get to Floor 3 where the apartment is, and everyone on the floor always locks that gate, so it's quite safe. I've often kept the courtyard window completely open, so that someone could theoretically climb in if they chose, at night, while I am sleeping, and I have always felt safe. Living next to any major railway station has certain disadvantages, but the apartment itself is insulated from that. In my 4.5 months here, I've seen a people arguing on the street a few times from my window, but you can avoid this by simply closing the window. Furnishings The walls are high and the rooms are huge and the furniture is sparse but adequate. If you're like me and you like "space to breath", then this apartment is ideal for you. Heating/AC The heating system runs on gas and runs well. I would close all of the radiators except for the 2 in the bedroom and the bedroom could get warm during the winter. There is no A/C. The windows that get sun face northwest. During the 41 degree heatwave, it did get hot, but not as unbearable as I had expected. I work from home on a computer and was still able to get things done on these days. Landlord The landlord was responsive, and there was also a property manager I could reach out to. They are both very nice people. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay here.

The communication was very good. Check in was easy. Friendly staff. The room was very good. It was a good size. The furnishings were very good. The bed was a proper double bed - one mattress - very comfortable. Very quiet at night for sleeping. The air conditioning was good. The bathroom was nicely decorated with a large shower stall. Good hot water. Easy check out.

Very close to metro station, very clean, very helpful on time messages for self checkin. everthings were as same as shown/declared. Comfortable and large room with kitchen, wifi, kitchen with everytjing , tv, caffe machine, balcony, etc. Very pleased accomodation. Thanks for hospitality.

Samir is a wonderful and very responsive host. I would live here forever if I could. One note, maybe especially for those with children: there some kind of grounding/electrical issue in the building. If you touch appliances, like the fridge, dishwasher, or stove, they will give you a shock. Sometimes quite a strong one. You also cannot run these appliances simultaneously (i.e. do the laundry while cooking something on the stove) without tripping the circuit.

We rented this lovely flat for three months as we prepared to move from Prague to Abu Dhabi. The location is perfect, right next to Park Klamovka and within 10 minutes of Andel and the Novy Smichov shopping center. Our villa for the last 5 years was only one block away and this entire area is one of our favorites in all of Prague. Our host was exceptional, kind and responsive. He has created a truly comfortable home away from home and I can't recommend enough not only the location and the apartment itself, but also our host. If you're looking for somewhere quiet yet super well connected, this is absolutely the place to stay. Everything about our process from booking to checking in/out went smoothly. There were no surprises and I felt well cared for during our entire stay. You'll love it! =)

The accommodation was exactly the same way it is described. You have everything that you need in a cosy apartment. Bonus points for the host Carla as she was very responsive and helped make the stay easy.

I got 0 problem and when I had a question Noelia was there to help me, I have only one regret I didn't say good bye to Carmen, she was fabulous. Thank you for the year and the hospitality.

The room is just as described, very clean with all needed comforts. There is a shop about a block away that has many great basic items like produce and toiletries. I had some special circumstances arise during my stay, and Vasco was great at working with me and staying in communication, going above and beyond even while he was traveling and on vacation. Vasco had a friend Gaspar help me with coordinating keys and check in, Gaspar was also great to work with, communication was easeful. I recommend this accommodation

Excellent place to stay at

I have spent 5 moths in this apartment and truly could call it a home. The neighborhood is the best in Prague with a beautiful park and a church, everything u need u can access by 5 min walk including the tram and metro stations. The flat was well equipped.

Very central location. Close to subway, train, bus, ferry, and subway. Diana was flexible and quick to respond.
