The apartment is really nice and comfortable for a longer stay. We enjoyed it really much. It is located in a nice neighbourhood with alot of nice cafes, bars and restaurants. Andrea is a joy to communicate with and is easy to reach and always avaliable to help. Would recommend.

Very modern building with pool and secure underground parking. It was not too far from Lisbon and had great local beaches. We visited Mafra, Peniche and Obidos easily, and there are three very good golf resorts that we drove to (Dolce CampoReal, Praia D’El Rey and Royal Obidos). A good place to be based to explore.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful hosting

A very nice and clean apartment. It is on the 3rd floor, offering a bright ambience with natural light and views of both the street and the inner courtyard. The apartment was recently refurbished so everything is new. The owner was very kind and responsive, ensuring my stay was enjoyable and stress-free.

It is quite place to spend holidays. Close to beach and close to market. Bedrooms are spacious. Negative- No washing machine in the apartment.

Rita was just incredible with us. She was very helpful and flexible I even lost one of her keys and she solved the issue without complaining. She's just an amazing human being. The apartment is just gorgeous, everything works , great location near by walk distance parks and restaurants and people around is friendly. I totally will rent again in there and I fully recommend you this rental. Be prepare if you have a lot of luggage to climb many stair because the apartment is a penthouse, however the building is not that high so dont worry, much love.

The flat is located centrally in Murcia and has everything you need. The owner Pilar is friendly and helpful. I would really recommend this place.

We stayed almost 2 months in this flat and we loved it! It is very light, spacious, cosy, and warm. A big plus was definitely the desks, work chairs, and extra monitor -- it was very productive for us to have a little "office". The neighborhood is amazing - there is a mall and supermarkets 5 minutes away. The metro and tram station are nearby as well so going into the city center is super easy and fast. If you're like us and prefer cooking at home rather than eating out, you might find it a bit challenging at the beginning as there's only one induction cooktop - but we got used to it fairly quickly and it wasn't a big issue. We definitely recommend staying at Zoltan's and Kati's place! Not only is the flat beautiful, but they are lovely and very kind landlords. You'll love it!

The flat is based in a great lotion close to Metro , trams and buses. I is small but cozy flat and prefect for one person. Diana is a wonderful and very helpful landlord. If I needed something she did provide me with all what I asked for in a few days. I really enjoyed it my say in Diana's flat.

The apartment is a bit small but very nice, it has two desks and comfortable chairs to work, the kitchen has all you need, the bed is comfortable and the patio is beautiful. I had some issues but Katila helped to solve them quickly. I recommend it!

The apartment has everything you need for living, even a heater (if you plan to live in the cold season). The apartment is located in a tourist area, close to shops, bus stops, and restaurants. It can be a little noisy at night. Marie is a reliable landlord and helped us with registering the agreement in the financial system and resolving other issues.

Ekaterina was great meeting me late when I landed at 11 and always being helpful/available for questions. The apartment is a beautiful studio with a lot of new amenities including new appliances, a dishwasher, electric stovetop, and washer/dryer combo. In my opinion it had more than enough kitchen storage and counter space. Bathroom is nice. The street it's on is busy, but the the apartment itself is very quiet and well insulated. It retained heat well during the day in November and I didn't even use the heaters. Great wifi and plenty sitting areas. It has a ton of square footage for a studio which I loved. There is a Lidl literaly right across the street which you can get most day-to-day things at. Literally a huge/nice indoor mall right down the street to get everything you want. One of the best thing for remote workers or working professionals is it's close to a tram line that can basically get you anywhere in Prague and to the city-center in roughly 20 minutes. I was worried because it was next to the O2 arena and I thought it would get loud, but you literally don't hear anything from the arena except the occasional rowdy fans. The only gripe I would have is that the clothing storage is really only enough for 1 which is understandable in a studio. I was potentially going to add one more to the equation and we were trying to puzzle out how we were going to make it work. Overall, I really loved the apartment and wished I could have stayed longer! Thanks so much Ekaterina!
