Amazing experience, no problems came up during my stay and a great time in Prague!

Very cozy and comfortable apartment for living. Recommend for living. Located in a beautiful area, convenient transport interchange, you can easily and quickly get to any part of Prague. Eden shopping center is a 5-minute walk away, and there are many small shops near the house. Very attentive and friendly owner of the apartment.

The room was perfect. Every detail of the apartment made me feel at home. Ana is a perfect landlord, always aware that everything was in order. Thank you Ana for being so special with me!!

The landlords at Casa Gran were very nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions and really helped us get settled in. I traveled with my partner, and since all of their double bedrooms were already booked, we each booked an individual room. Alex and Cumie accommodated our request to move both beds in our of the rooms, and set up our 2 individual spaces as a double bedroom and workspace respectively. They were always easy to get a hold of and open to helping. To top, they even invited us on a short boat ride around the North side of the island, giving us a different kind of experience, and a fun afternoon.

The flat is small and cozy had everything you need for a long/short stay, Jan is wonderful, he is always there to help and solve any issue that arises as soon as possible.

The flat is good for the price. Landlord said it was 6-7 minute walk from metro stop, but really it is like a 12-minute walk; something to keep in mind if you are a daily commuter. Also the office chair in the bedroom could not have its height adjusted, and so sitting at the desk was uncomfortable. Overall though, a nice spot and I would definitely rent again!

We are yoga practitioners and travelers! We stayed with Mariana for July. Mariana is a wonderful and good-natured person, open and sociable, it was very pleasant and valuable for us. Thanks for that! The room is large, but we moved some furniture, as we needed more free space for yoga practice. The room is half light, one panoramic window and a beautiful balcony with flowers give light, but the second part of the room was dark... in general, everything is as in the photo. The kitchen is small with a lot of kitchen utensils, but it has everything you need. It was a bit like India with the smells of curry and various herbs. When we arrived, Marianna's guests were in the apartment and there were 5 of us in the apartment for a while (all very pleasant people), it was a little crowded in the kitchen (it was often busy), but then everyone left and we were left alone for 15 days. Therefore, we had enough space and time to prepare food ;) The shower and toilet are together, but at our complete disposal, but the shower must be taken hastily, as water accumulates on the floor.. But it's 20-25 minutes to the ocean, and we swam in the morning in the invigorating ocean water, too. Nearby (20 minutes on foot) there are many large shops (Lidl, Mercadona, pingo dos), which is convenient for those who cook at home. We work online and the internet was super fast and didn't let us down. Among the disadvantages for us was a fairly high rent, because in our opinion, it was overstated in the price-quality ratio. Maybe because of the season. Also, we did not notice heating, so we can assume that it may be cold in winter, but this is just an assumption. To sum up, we are glad that we stayed with Mariana.

Lovely little flat in the leafy Buda hills, yet 10 mins walk only from downtown Buda (Szell Kalman ter). The owner is extremely helpful and fast to respond. Recommended.

We loved our stay! Great location and comfortable bed and futon. Pavel even brought us a little coffee table to use during our stay. Very communicative and considerate. Highly recommend

Amazing apartment! Exactly as described and pictured

The spacious apartment has rooftop a balcony with really nice view and is furnished nicely. The beach (which is 2km in length) is only 600 meters away & has great amenities all around it. I spent 3 months in the apartment & loved my time there. Pedro (Landlord) was great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Very communicative and helpful with local tips for things to see and do. Was flexible and available when sudden changes happened and this took a lot of stress out of the moving in and out process. Thanks heaps!

The pros: The house decor and furniture is great for those not able to provide it (students, trainees). The kitchen has a lot of space, and the terrace is great for social events. The cons: My room was a low in natural light (north facing), and the neighbours are just insufferable. Every day they take a shower and use the faucet at 5:30 am or so, but the walls are really thin and you can hear them very well. Sometimes they party in the middle of the week until late midnight or even 2 am, and they will knock on your wall if you have a party after 10 pm on a saturday night, in the weekend. No explanation to that.

Had an excellent stay in Hotel Santander. Would have definitely extended my stay if it would have been on the opposite corner of Brno :)

I stayed at this apartment for almost two months and everything went very well. The location is very convenient for daily shopping/transportation, the apartment is clean and functional, and the communication with the landlord is very smooth as well. Will definitely come back here when I visit Budapest again!

Well located flats, near city centre, public transportation and with nice restaurants and bars around. The building and the flat are on a side street and really quiet the whole time. Our flat was equipped with everything you need which is great living for longer period and we also had cleaning service and towel change available during our stay. They also have a reception (not open all the time but their schedule is shown at the door entry) which made the communication super easy during our stay.
