Pavel is a very reliable landlord. Always ready to help in whatever questions related to Prague. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Also the location of flat is good, tramway and bus stop just nearby. A few stops to old town, tramways within every 10 min. I was very satisfied with two month contract with Pavel at Malesicka 23 and can recommended to all who needs good flat with good location.

This by far is the best neighbourhood I've lived in in Prague. Beautiful flat, multiple shops in walking distance.

Brno ist eine sehr schöne Stadt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (leider im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Es handelt sich um eine altes/historisches Gebäude).
Mit der Besitzerin konnten wir ohne Probleme per E-Mail und auf Englisch komunizieren.
Ich würde diese Wohnung sicher weiterempfehen.
Parkmöglichkeit: kann man in den Nebemstrassen Gebührenfrei parken, aber braucht man viel Glück!

Bydlení u Andrey bylo vynikající ve všech ohledech. Byt je nádherný, domyšlený do detailu a vybavený vším, co si dovede představit. Vše je nové a krásně čisté. Komunikace a předání bytu snad nemohlo být jednodušší. Doporučuji všema deseti!

Anca is a great landlord and she's super accommodating and kind. I had to make a last minute reservation, but she was very attentive and responsive. The apartment is very spacious and it's a good space to live in in Prague.

This apartment was an excellent HQ for our stay in Prague
+ apartment is very well equipped and in very good quality (BOSE, Apple TV, kitchen appliances...)
+ top floor with terrace good level of privacy
+ building feels safe
+ convenient underground parking (good enough for our SUV)
+ great jogging / cycling path right behind the building
+ landlord is very kind and helpful
- the neighbourhood is not top notch, you might have to spend 4 EUR Uber to get to fancy restaurants...

velmi příjemná komunikace a bezproblémová domluva. Bydlení, vzhledem k oknům do dvora tiché, což oproti nájemníkům s okny do ulice, kde je naproti bar, beru jako velký bonus. Co se týče okolí, je tam nádherný park. Rozhodně doporučuji.

S ubytovanou osobou jsme o kvalitě ubytování nehovořili, takže nemůžeme hodnotit. Pouze víme, že se tam jednou naskytl nějaký problém s modemem a že byl rychle vyřešen, tak předpokládám, že vše bylo ok.
