I stayed in Erica’s apartment for three months as a student on a three-month exchange program, and I truly felt at home the entire time. Erica is an exceptionally kind and welcoming host, and communication with her was always easy, smooth, and genuine.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, whether you’re staying for a few days or for several months. It is comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, which makes it ideal for long-term stays.

The location is excellent. The metro and tram stations are very close, and the apartment is well connected to all major tourist attractions, both by public transport and on foot. Many university buildings are also within walking distance, which was perfect for me as a student. I could walk almost everywhere, and the area feels very safe and convenient, which was really important for me as a girl who lived alone. There are plenty of shops, a DM store, bakeries, lovely cafés, and great restaurants nearby.

Right next to the apartment, there is a beautiful park that hosts a local market on Sundays and is perfect for running or relaxing outdoors. The neighbors are also very friendly and welcoming.

Overall, I highly recommend Erica and her apartment. I would absolutely stay here again.

A well-located and cozy apartment.

This property is located on Dlouha, in the city center, a few steps away from Naměstí republiky, and a short walk from the old town square or the riverside. Groceries, restaurants, and many other amenities can be found nearby. Tram and bus stop and a subway station are nearby.

The apartment itself is quite comfortable and well furnished. The only negative that I recall was a rather slow and unreliable Wi-Fi, but for casual use it should be sufficient.

Communication with the host was very smooth.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained apartment in a wonderful neighborhood, close to Prague Castle, parks, main tram lines, etc. Jan-Georg is an exceptional landlord, always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The Petrof grand is a very fine instrument that Jan-Georg was kind enough to have tuned in advance. Highly recommended.

Pedro was very responsive and friendly. The unit was clean and comfortable, and I felt very safe for my entire stay.

The accommodations met our expectations, and Neil was a commendable host, consistently helpful and accommodating. The local residents were very pleasant, and I thoroughly enjoyed the location and rooftop view :)

The flat is perfectly located close to the Las Canteras beach and you have everything you need around the corner. The big shared kitchen as well as the balcony make it a beautiful place to live. The communication with Chris works very well and you feel welcome any time.

My stay at Bruna's place was great. It was a lovely, cozy place in a nice area off the beaten path. The bed and couch were SO comfortable, and it was really nice having access to a kitchenette during my stay. It was close to cafes, restaurants, great viewpoints, buses and streetcar access, which was convenient. Also - Bruna was so helpful, providing clear instructions and useful information. She even checked in on me when a storm came through. I'd gladly stay here again.

The apartament is really nice, communication is really great, though I was really missing an elevator. The building could easily have one of those you enter from outside and it gets you inside to your floor. It doesn't have any. But the apartament was comfortable, easy to clean after yourself, everything functioned well, communication was top, easy to find solutions. Owners were attentive. I really cant complain. I would happily come again.

Overall a very nice flat. The bathroom was a little hard to dry out after showering and it was a little to warm at night, even hough I turned down the radiator completely. Sometimes the Wifi was unstable.

We had a wonderful stay in Prague. The host was very helpful and always responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The place was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The location was calm and quiet, perfect for resting, yet the transport connections were excellent and got us everywhere we needed to go quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back.

We had some little issues but we could fix them pretty quickly and without any problem. Luisa was so helpful and decisive

Lovely flat in a quiet area, still close to the center. It’s on the 3rd floor, but the stairs are easy and a lift really isn’t needed. The place feels super cozy and spacious, with an excellent bedroom and a perfect mattress—I slept like butter there. Heating took a little time to warm up, but once it did, it was great. I genuinely loved staying here. Btw, my host Judit was super helpful, and finding/entering the flat was effortless thanks to the clear WhatsApp tutorial she sent.

The owner was kind and punctual, the flat was clean, spotless and cozy. It has everything you need for a short or midterm stay. Location is also best.100% recommend the place.

Both the owner and the manager of the flat were very nice and accommodating. We arrived and left at early hours and it was not a problem. During our stay of 5 months we had a few requests that were met very rapidly, either to repair the washing machine or to shorten our lease. We are really satisfied with everything.

I can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed staying in this wonderful home: The apartment itself is lovely, spacious, and bright, and the terrace with its 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean is a dream! Also: The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need – even small things like a needle and thread, band-aids, and cleaning supplies.

The family are the sweetest neighbors, incredibly helpful, and they made us feel truly at home through their kindness and thoughtful gestures.
