A casa de forma geral é boa, bem equipada, com uma localização boa, bem ventilada. A parte ruim é o cheiro de cigarro que estava empregnada em toda a casa, principalmente nos corredores. E quando se abria as janelas entravam muitos mosquitos. A cortina do banheiro também dificulta o banho, porque fica o tempo inteiro entrando no box. Tirando esses detalhes, a estadia foi boa.

The apartment itself is just perfect for one person for work purposes. It is located in a very convenient environment in Holešovice with very easy access to trams and metro line C. The apartment is very sunny and creates a cozy athmosphere. Petronela is an absolutely exceptional host. She was extremely responsive to any comment and was very helpful any moment I had a question or a concern. Strongly recommended (for one person or a couple).

Due to theft accident happened, I think the host don't give sufficient support, and no response to our requirement latter. I think it is not a good way to deal with tentant.

Fantastic little place! Excellent amenities, and everything was clean and working.

First of all, the host, Tomas, is a great guy, always available and never failed to help/assist us, no matter the situation. Everything we needed help with was done in a heartbeat and with a smile. Great location between 2 beautiful parks, next to a shopping mall with almost everything you need and with good tram connection day and night. The flat itself is okay. The main room is spacious and the bed is comfy, the kitchen is quite small and for us (a couple that cooks a lot) just not fully satisfactory (it is manageable, oven, stove and microwave available, but really tiny space), the bathroom and separate toilet are nice. Big plus for the washing machine. All in all great for a midterm stay.

A wonderful stay here in Campo de Ourique. Apartment is well located to access the hustle and bustle whilst being in quiet neighbourhood. All modern appliances, clean and tidy and no issues. Host welcomed us on the first day and was helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ericeira Unwind! It was the perfect set up for remote workers like my partner and I. Plenty of space to work in the living area as well as desks in both the rooms. The ocean views and sunsets were also so lovely every night. They even have yoga mats to get in some yoga on the balcony. I’ve been a digital nomad for 3+ years now and this was by far one of my favorite stays! Thanks for being the best hosts!

"Felt like home – highly recommended!" I stayed in this flat for one week and had a great experience! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful at night. It’s located in the Marquês de Pombal area, which is super central and well connected – a great base to explore Lisbon. Like many parts of Lisbon, the area has its fair share of hills, so be ready for a few ups and downs when walking around – but that’s part of the charm! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available for any questions or help. I felt very welcome and at home throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay!

I am grateful for how helpful Klea and her team were during our stay, they went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. We had a pleasant stay in Plepa, a short walk from the beach and right next to the bus terminal to the centre of Durrës for 40 Lek each way. It’s a convenient jumping off point to other parts of Albania, as the southern bus terminal is across the road to visit other cities like Tirana and Berat. On the last day we got a taxi to the airport from the bus terminal. It was very straightforward. Faleminderit!

Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr liebe und nette Dame! Wir haben des öfteren nette Gespräche führen können und auch sonst hat sie mir bei allen Problemen zugehört und sich sehr bemüht, das Problem zu lösen. Die Wohnung sieht etwas anders aus als auf den Bildern, die Küche ist leider sehr vorgestellt, was es etwas weniger schön macht. Das Zimmer ist super! Das hat mir sehr gefallen. Das Bad ist okay, aber leider kann man nur baden, da man den Duschkopf nirgends anbringen kann. Einige Mitbewohner waren sehr dreckig und haben nicht nach sich aufgeräumt. Jemand hat schimmelnden Reis in der Küche hinterlassen. Jedoch war dies zum Glück nur ein Einzelfall. Die Lage ist super! Sehr ruhig, viele Familien und das Prokolpsky Udoli ist direkt nebenan, ein wirklich sehr schönes Tal! Perfekt zum Wandern und spazieren gehen.

The pros: The room is big, the bed is big and comfortable (not the pillows, but that is just a personal preference), the water has good pressure in the shower. Also the host is nice and responsive. The cons: The apartment is in the top of the building and in summertime it can be quite hot there. AC is provided, unfortunately the one I got was not working, but the host find me a small fan which was good enough. The neighborhood is quite busy and noisy, even at night time, I needed to buy some earplugs.

Vânia is an excellent host, very kind and helping. The apartment is authentic, convenient and placed in a good area.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The location was great and the space itself had a lot of potential — once I’d settled in, it became a comfortable base. However, there were a few issues worth mentioning for future guests. The apartment wasn’t handed over in the cleanest condition — the vacuum was already full, the toilet brush was dirty, some of the bedding was stained, and I had to unblock drains and defrost the freezer. I also bought additional cleaning products to get things into shape, and purchased a clothes drying rack since there wasn’t one available for outside drying — which I’ve left behind for future guests. I don’t believe it should be my responsibility to clean up after previous tenants, especially without the proper tools to do so. That said, I left the apartment in the condition it should have been handed over in. One of the two hob rings stopped working early in the stay and, although I reported it straight away, it wasn’t repaired during my time there. In general, communication from the host during the stay could have been more timely. All in all, the apartment was a great place to stay once I got past the initial maintenance issues. With a bit more attention to detail and responsiveness, it could have been excellent from the start.

Petar is a great host answered all my questions and inquiries ASAP, amazing home could have not asked for a better location. The actual apartment was very clean, big comfortable bed, and everything you’ll need in a kitchen for a mid term rental. 10/10 Satisfaction.

We loved our stay in this apartment – it’s a great fit for a couple. The location is very convenient: the metro is nearby, there’s a small supermarket right next door, and a larger one about a 15‑minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Luís bol skvelým hostiteľom. Bol nápomocný, flexibilný, rýchle komunikoval, dal nám super tipy na výlety a miesta po Madeire. Nemali sme s ním absolútne žiadny problém.

Was an excellent apartment to stay in, there is a supermarket 1 minute walk away, friendly host and plenty of things to do in the area. The bed was a little bit firm/springy and there is no oven but apart from that it was an excellent stay!

We had a great 10-day stay in this apartment. Everything was very clean, and the host was kind, polite, and always helpful when we had questions. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location is excellent — right in the city center, with a metro station nearby. We came straight from the airport by metro and walked just a short distance to get there. Everything was perfect — thank you!
