The landlords were really nice, they helped us during the accomodation period and they were understanding with our requests. The house is brand new, the rooms have their own bathroom and you also have access to a terrace. The common space was fully equipped. I really recommend the hosts and the house. 10/10

The location was perfect for me as I had an exchange program at faculty of agriculture and forestry. The landlord was nice and helpful.

Everything was spotless, the apartment is very well appointed with all the necessary utensils. Be careful there is a dog next door who can sometimes bark. Karin is a responsive and attentive host

Byt je útulný, čistý a nájdete tam všetko, čo potrebujete. Ideálny skôr pre jednu osobu, nakoľko je tam naozaj málo miesta. Chýbali nám tam rolety, alebo nejaké závesy kvôli slnku, nakoľko je byt otočený na západ a v letných dňoch tam bolo veľmi horúco. Veľmi milo ma prekvapila pohodlná posteľ, ktorá má tvrdý matrac. Komunikácia s pani majiteľkou super, ubytovanie odporúčam :)

Lovely little apartment in a great part of Lisbon! The AC? Lifesaver in the summer. It works almost too well!

The apartment itself is very basic and clean. It’s comfortable and functions well. The neighborhood is lively but not right in front of the apartment so you can still enjoy a mature stay. The building itself is quiet! All the other tenants were quiet and seemed like locals who would come and go for work.

I walked absolutely everywhere! There’s such nice bars and restaurants nearby. The bus picks up not even a 5 min walk away.

My only note for potential renters is that the wifi can be a little spotty but I always travel with an Ethernet cable just in case. I had zero issues working all of August. The nature of my job is all video calls so nothing too intense beyond that.

A bérbeadó nagyon normális mindenben a segítségünkre volt. A lakást is olyannak találtuk ahogyan a képeken is látszik.

Location was excellent. Right next to the grocery store, beautiful windows that open up to the city. A fully stacked kitchen with all the utensils you can dream of, high quality cookware, blender. A very responsive host. I really enjoyed this place and will be coming back when I'm back in Lisbon.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed.

Communication with the host was perfect as well. We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

El piso de Isabel está bien cuidado y la localización es inmejorable. Es una persona atenta y agradable en todo momento, cualquier cosa que pase la va a intentar solucionar de la mejor manera posible. Mis compañeros de piso y yo quedamos muy satisfechos en todo momento.

We stayed in this apartment for about 3 months. The pictures of the place provide a good idea what to expect. It even feels bigger in person. The apartment is located in a well-maintained high-rise on the 5th floor with lift. The unobstructed view from the two balconies is wonderful. Even in the heat of summer there is always a little breeze. The location is very desirable as the apartment is in walking distance to town center, the beach, and a big supermarket is also close. A huge plus is the available parking space around the building even during the most busy summer time. I highly recommend this rental for what it is but also because Pedro is a wonderful and accommodating host.

All it was good în general but the problem is a lott of Ants you cant let somethink in the table îs Full of ants everywhere !

Our stay in Matera was absolutely unique and will remain in our memory for a long time. The owners of the flat are extremely warm, open and helpful people. They always offered advice and support, regardless of the situation. Thanks to them, we felt at home, not just like ordinary guests.
The flat we rented was very well-kept, clean and comfortable. The private bathroom and the fact that the interior was spacious were a big advantage. The location was also a huge plus – the flat was close to the centre, which allowed us to be in the heart of beautiful Matera in just a few moments.
Matera itself made a huge impression on us – it is a city full of history and extraordinary monuments that delight at every turn. Walking through the narrow streets, we could feel the unique atmosphere of this place.
We couldn't have dreamed of a more wonderful holiday – the combination of the hosts' hospitality, comfortable conditions and the charms of Matera made it a perfect trip.

Very good location, very good accomodation. Everything was just perfect. Will definetly book again when in Brno!
