Byt byl velice krásný, čistý, prostorný, na skvělé adrese s pěší dostupností ale i metrem i tramvajemi do samého centra Prahy. Část bytu (jídelna s kuchyní a obývací pokoj) má okna do ulice, ale okna jsou nová a moderní a vůbec nepropouští zvuky a hluky ulice.

The apartment was good, great location. Really close to the Museum metro station, and tram stations. We were not bothered by the trains, as this was our concern due to the apartment being near the central train station.

Rosana was very friendly and helpful. I was unsure when I would arrive due to a long drive, but Rosana went out of her way to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. The property is well-located, with direct access to the beach, and Albufera Natural Park is also nearby. The building and parking garage are both very secure, and the apartment is bright and spacious.

This is a good place for this money. A small but cozy place. The owner was kind.

The only thing you need to know before checking in:
- it's not enough to take a shower for two people in same time.
- there is not enough heater in the apartment (we bought an extra one to keep warm).
- Martin Moniz, the area doesn't look very safe. But if that doesn't scare you, feel free to book this place.

Maria is an amazing host! The property is as shown in the pictures, everything is new and clean. Great place to explore gran canaria, however you definitely need a car to get around. The village itself is also very picturesque, safe and cozy. There's a very nice restaurant and a grocery shop a stone's throw away.

Ursula and Stefan are the best hosts! They did everything possible to make us feel at home. The apartment itself is very stylish and contains everything ones need - towels, bedding, kitchen supplies. Most of all I want to highlight microwave oven which can be used for baking and roasting. We also LOVE the view.

The house is wonderful and is as described, the area is for me the best in Prague to live in, very close to green areas and restaurants, supermarkets.
I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

Great location with a short walk to bus or tram to get anywhere. Grocery store Lídl walking distance as well as coffee shops, etc.
Good size apartment with comfortable loft bed. Quiet, even for a light sleeper I am. Big kitchen, easy adjustable heating, warm water with nice pressure always.
Negative side was TV wasn't hooked up at all, which was unfortunate during Christmas season. Eliška tried and made it work for the second half of our stay there, which was appreciated. Kitchen as big as it was wasn't equipped enough for cooking an occasional supper. Cramped shower with toilet. Over all it was good experience.

Our family stayed in the apartment for 4 months. It was clean and cozy. The building and street were quiet, the neighborhood felt very safe; we could hear the tram and buses early in the morning with the window open but it was background noise we quickly got used to. The location was very convenient, with tram (#9) and several bus stops nearby. The connections were easy and offered a mix of city and nature. Travel to the beautiful city center on the #9 was ~10 min. End of the line on buses #55 & #58 offered nature and wonderful hikes/walks. Jan was very responsive and helpful; a great landlord. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Brno.

The expectations of the flat were met one hundred per cent. Remote working is possible due to the good internet. Daily cooking in the well-equipped kitchen is possible. Communication with the host ran smoothly at a very high level.

Byt je velmi hezký a najdete tam vše, co potřebujete.

Lokalita taky super, poblíž obchody, kavárny, tramvajové zastávky, ale zároveň klidná lokalita.

Za mě naprostá spokojenost a mohu jenom doporučit!
