A good apartment for a short stay, it has all the essentials you need (except a microwave). Great for students, and only about 20 mins from the city center.

An awesome landlord. We had a total of 2 minor issues during our 8 months stay. After a quick call to the landlord the situation was taken cared right away.

I was very happy with Vaclav, he made sure I was comfortable and the communication upon my arrival was great. I had everything I needed and he'd been very welcoming. The room I stayed in had enough space and light, I was comfortable working remotely. Internet connection is good and I didn't hear any noises or other guests at all. The kitchen is common but clean and well organized, I also had my own fridge to store anything. It was the first time for me to share a flat and it was a great experience overall, will miss it!

I had a wonderful time, Great location, I stayed one month, for work and visiting, and I will deftly go back. Lisbon and its people are great.

Ana is so helpful and nice, her house is fantastic, spacious the bedroom remains so cool even when the weather is very hot. Ana has provided all new equipment, dishwasher, cooker, microwave etc. Excellent accommodation, thank you Ana.

Great studio in a great location! About 10/15 minute walk to the Paço de Arcos station (less than 5 minutes if you catch the bus outside the apartment). 5 minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, and pretty much anything you need. Apartment is super clean and cozy, would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is spacious, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated! The area was quiet, and the location was very good. It's a short walk away from Marina and busy downtown and very close to the beach. It has a very good supermarket & gym nearby, too. Communication with Carlos was easy and efficient! I would totally come back to this place when we are next time in Lagos.

The Estrela River View Flat is an amazing home away from home. You feel like you're part of the community nestled in the apartment overlooking the beautiful Tagus River Bay, and if you don't you soon will be. Rui was an incredibly accommodating host, answering my every question quicker than I could respond. He offers you a list of small cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and points of interest within walking distance to the flat. Super helpful as it was my first time in Lisboa and knew absolutely no one! Be prepared to get your steps in walking up the hill to the flat, but the walk is so worth it. I'll be ringing Rui to see if his place is open for rent VERY soon! Thanks!

Great apartment in a fantastic location, 5 mins from the beach. José and his son were very helpful when we first arrived and we would highly recommend staying here!

This spacious flat is located in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. The location could not be better! Easy access to downtown with a spectacularly scenic walk across the Legion bridge (Most Legií). The flat is also just next to a huge park and Petřín Hill. Our landlord, Luigino, was communicative and accomodating. I would definitely rent this place again in the future.

Halinka is a perfect host. Apartment is locked in a close proximity to the center, parks, US embassy and city life.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Budapest, and while there were some great aspects, there were also a few areas that could use improvement. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but I believe that with some adjustments, this host could truly provide a top-notch experience. The positives were immediately apparent upon entering the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen was a great asset, allowing me to cook meals and save money during my trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after long days exploring the city. The location was superb, situated in a convenient area, close to attractions and amenities. Plus, the environment was very quiet, allowing for peaceful and undisturbed relaxation. However, there were some drawbacks that hindered my overall experience. One of the most notable issues was the lack of natural light in the apartment, which made the space feel dark and somewhat gloomy. This issue could be mitigated by adding more artificial light sources or using lighter colors for the interior design. Additionally, the internet speed was quite poor, which was frustrating when trying to research local attractions or stay connected with friends and family back home. A faster, more reliable connection would be a significant improvement for future guests. Another drawback was the lack of a dedicated workspace for those who need to use a laptop during their stay. A small desk or table could make a big difference for digital nomads or business travelers. Lastly, the sleeping area had no ventilation or air circulation, which could lead to stuffy, uncomfortable nights. A simple solution would be to provide a fan or invest in an air conditioning system to improve the quality of sleep for guests. In conclusion, this Budapest apartment has a lot of potential, with its comfortable bed, quiet environment, and excellent location. However, the host should address the issues of natural light, internet speed, workspace availability, and sleeping area ventilation to make the space even more appealing to potential guests. With these improvements, I believe the apartment could become a truly exceptional place to stay.
