I spent a whole month at the Blue Wave GuestHouse and absolutely loved my stay there. Quiet, green, remote, but still a walkable distance to the city center and the beach (20-30 min). The view from the upstairs room and the balcony across from the kitchen/living room is beautiful (you're able to see the ocean from afar). The place is kept clean and the owner Bruno was reachable if necessary. The only negative thing I have to say is that the pool is a bit older and does not look that inviting, but I mean, who needs a pool when you have the ocean in front of your doorstep?! Highly recommend this place!

I recommend staying with Atrium apartments. The apartment is great and is in a great location. All facilities described were available and in good condition. Communication with the landlord was easy and they were always willing to help with any need.

The apartment is in a great location right in the city center, but the windows are facing inside the building complex and not the street which makes it relatively quiet. It's right next to the theatre so sometimes there's a lot of noise when people come outside for a break during the performance, but otherwise it was more or less quiet. I wanted to checkin at 2pm, but the owner wasn't available since 11am like the contract stated so she was kind enough to offer me to come one day earlier, which I really appreciated. The checkin was fine, however, I was in a hurry and didn't have much time to check everything. When I returned later that day and had finally time to see everything properly I found out that the flat was cleaned very poorly. There was dust and spiderwebs everywhere, in some places the dust hasn't been cleaned for months if not years. The floor hasn't been cleaned as it had some dried spillage. Some blanket covers were stained with blood. Before I came I've had spent two days traveling so the last thing I wanted to do is having to spend several hours cleaning. When I confronted the owner about these issues she immediately got very defensive and started to insult me. In the end she didn't offer any solution. This kind of ruined the whole experience for me. Other than that, the apartment is very well equipped. The furniture is older, but still functional. The shower/bathtub doesn't have a curtain, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise, it's a very nice apartment. The checkout was again without any problems. I left one day earlier.

I stayed here for 4 months during my exchange semester in Prague. The home is exactly as it shows in the photos and description. Marcela was a very lovely woman and very quick to reply if I needed her. I really enjoyed my stay here and the distance to the center of Prague is only 30 minutes away by the bus and metro.

Great apartment with quality furniture and equipment and good design. The Wifi was working well and there was a good desk. The apartment also has a washing machine and a dish washer. The balcony is very spacious and receives the morning sun. A rug in the living room could help to create a more cozy feel.

The apartments are conveniently located in the heart of the city. At the same time, the territory is green and private. There is everything you need right down to the smallest detail. Fast Wi-Fi is good for work.

You really will find a view in a million here.

The apartment is really beautiful and cozy! It has everything you might need and even more. We spent 4 amazing weeks here and had sunny days in the city and wonderful evenings on the balcony. The apartment is just around 25 min to the ocean, 7 min to the Continente, 10 min to the downtown, and 15 min to the Agua Shopping Center. The owner - Marta - is a nice and hospitable person. Nice apartment with good connections to city center.

I have lived here for the past 3.5 months and enjoyed every second of it. The house is perfect for longer stay and has everything you need. The balcony is an absolute dream too. The place is located perfectly in a lively street that has everything you need. About the owner, he is very kind and helpful. I definitely see myself coming back here and would recommend this place to anyone :)

The apartment was modern, clean, and provided a peaceful/tranquil escape to nature. Several beaches were 5 minutes away. public transportation was a 4-minute walk. The apartment provides access (walkable or bus) to Alvor, Praia do Vau and Praia da Rocha.

We spent a wonderful time on the island! The house is very quiet, pefect for relaxing and recharging.

This apartment is fabulous. New and modern. Comfortable, with high attention to details. We loved every minute spent there. The building is also new, built in 2021. Clean common areas, closed inner yard, brand-new elevators makes you feel comfortable and safe in this house. Location is perfect, very close to the city center and at the same time this area is calm, quiet and relaxed. The flat is fully equipped. Anything you may need is there: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, A/C etc. Since we worked from home during our stay, the internet speed was very important. WI-FI is very fast, it handles two simultaneous video calls easily with no issues. If you arrive by car you can park it in the underground garage free of charge. The landlord, István, is very intelligent, polite, supportive and great person. Communication with him was excellent.

Amazing place, amazing service and lovely people. Location is super central, the facility in extremely beautiful and comfortable. Just loved and enjoyed every single minute :)

Lucie and her husband are wonderful and kind landlords. Everything in the apartment was exactly as it was advertised and any problems that cropped up were dealt with extremely promptly. The apartment was exceptionally clean as well as quiet. You could only hear neighbors when they were in the hall outside of the apartment. There is excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. It is also only a four minute slow walk to the tram stop. It was perfect for a month-long stay. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment.
