We had a great stay! The apartment has more than enough amenities you need to work, relax and live. The check in went easy and Samuel offered adequate help when needed, always replying within minutes. The apartment is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, including multiple supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. We were lucky to find this gem and hope to come back sometime in the future!

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, die Gegend ist leider nicht schön. Die Miete war auch viel zu hoch für die Gegend. Sonst war alles ok.

Dobre vybavený apartmán neďaleko autobusovej stanice a plážovej promenády. Komunikácia s majiteľom dobrá, prompntné riešenie požiadaviek.

The flat is okay, but the owner not so much. He is rude, aggressive and manipulative. I live with him, he himself is not hygienic (he leaves moldy plate and other disgusting stuffs in the sink, he leaves the toilet dirty), yet he judges and inspects my cleaning with hotel standard. While I was there, I clean the shower filter more than him. He always promised to make the central heating in my room work, but never delivered, so I was stuck with a small oil heater which I have to plug in every now and then to not feel cold. I couldn't sleep with it on, since it's not the central heater, and it's not automatic, so it's always off when I sleep, and every time I woke up it'll always be cold. He demands money from me for all the household items, I understand that we need to buy some necessities like toilet paper etc, but I could've just buy them on my own, without him asking 2600 CZK for it. Before I leave, he ask me to clean the whole house, which I did by myself, without any help from him. When he woke up, he start inspecting and getting mad about a spot that is still dirty. When I argue with him, he threatened me, and still demanded me to clean some more. So I decided to leave early. This guy shouldn't be a host at all. Look at the other reviews on him as well, they have the same tone as mine, and it's not a coincidence.

Great experience. The apartment has everything you need and is very cozy and spacious. Lukas was always attentive from the moment I arrived in Prague until my departure, and he helped me whenever I needed it on several occasions. The location is great since it’s in a nice neighborhood, and it’s also very easy to get to the city center in a short time. Highly recommended, no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it's a good spot to work as a digital nomad. We like the location, it's close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a bus stop close by that you can use to get into town. The bed is comfy and getting your weekly cleaning is a nice touch. The staff are really friendly and make you feel at home.

Michal’s accommodation was perfect for my first month settling in Prague. He was very helpful with arranging the reservation through Flatio. I would also like to praise Fabio and Michal’s mother for all the support they gave me during my stay. The location of the flat is one of its greatest assets, as it is close to everything. There are bus and tram stops right in front of the building, which is very convenient. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs temporary accommodation in Prague!

The landlord was honest and fair. The only complaint about the apartment is something the landlord cannot influence because the building itself is old.

Una experiencia muy muy positiva. El apartamento está en perfecto estado, limpio y moderno con todo lo que se podría necesitar. Tiene una terraza enorme y los espacios son muy cómodos. Diana fue muy servicial y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, y el precio incluía un servicio semanal de limpieza muy bueno. Me quedé un mes aquí y estoy muy satisfecha. Mi único pero sería la presión y temperatura de la ducha, pero eso ya es más personal. Recomendado 100%!!

Camille was an excellent host! Her unit is super clean and revoted, it was very comfortable for someone that has a higher standard of cleanliness. I was very comfortable in the home. Camille was also for responsive whenever I needed her.

The apartment has everything that you need.The hosts are very cooperative and they are there for everything that you need with the house.

My partner and I spent a total of 4 months at the apartment, and it was certainly a home away from home. The apartment has all of the necessary things to live comfortably, it is very close to multiple public transportation routes, located in between 2 beautiful parks and has various good restaurants, cafes, bars and bakeries around it. The communication with the host was very effective, quick, but overall, there were no problems at all. Thank you for the stay! I highly recommend it to everyone coming to Prague, if the Old Town is too loud and full of people for you, but you still want to be a short distance away.
