The house is located very well. You can reach easily two well known streets in Budapest, which are Kiraly and Andrays streets. The house is spacious and you can find all the equipment for living from cooking to sleeping. The owner of the house is also a very kind person. He guided me very well about the utilities in the home.

Andrea is a very friendly and helpfully person. I‘ve enjoyed my time in prague and her flat has a nice place. There are many stores where you can buy food and the tram station is just a few minutes away. You can ask Andrea everytime if there‘s a problem or something like that. I can recommend her flat to everyone who is going to prague for longer than just few days!

The location of the apartment was perfect. It is so conveniently located to almost everything and very walkable to shops, restaurants, and sight seeing. The apartment is located in a historic old building and has such terrific potential, but I feel that the owner has not capitalized on that potential. The apartment needs some tender loving care and some updating. It could be such a jewel with improvements guided by a talented interior designer. We settled in for our month there and we were comfortable, but we spent a lot of time talking about what we would do with the apartment if we owned it. It just has so much unrealized potential.

This apartment was amazing. We stayed here for 1 month and it was even more beautiful than the pictures. Ekaterina was very nice and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Budapest.

Petra is my kind of landlord - she is completely out of your way. She was also very kind to let us get away with broken glass. Don't break anything in her flat intentionally though, but if a small accident happens, ask for kindness. The place is great in many senses. Two places to choose from for sleep, large shower, wardrobe, fully and nicely equipped kitchen. I can't think of one bad thing to pick on actually. It is simple and comfy. Location is dead quite, the street is marked as no-drive-through, so no car noise, a few food stores within 5 minutes walk, old town within 15 minutes walk, large shopping mall - within 10 minutes. Train and bus stations are within walking distance (even with luggage), so traveling around is very simple. Thank you, Petra, for your kindness!

Petra, her husband and Andrew, her son, are nice owners and very responsive. Andrew can speak English well, therefore when we have some problems, Andrew was usually the one who answered our questions. Regarding the flat, it is located in a strategic place. A nice and modern flat.

Landlady is very helpful, responsive and the service was seamless. The apartment is completely new, and very clean. Situated in a great neighborhood, with a lot of stores and coffee shops around. Tram station is in front of the building and metro station just one minute walk away. Would definitely recommend!

The location was good, 20 minutes on tram to the centre. The district is calm. The only minus was absence of lift in a building. Owners are very helpful and pleasant.
