Ivan is a great landlord. He speaks perfect English and will help you deal with any problems that may arise, but also respects your personal space.

The flat itself is decent for the price. It is located quite far from the districts where most of Prague's English-speaking population live but, if that isn't an issue for you, you could do a lot worse.

Petra and her family provided a really nice experience during my visit. If anything was wrong, she could respond very quickly. The flat was very clean and comfortable. Very good bed, and plenty of space for storage. Good amount of room to relax. The building itself was fairly quiet, so it is easy to sleep and work when needed. The location has many basic services not too far away. It is very convenient to public transportation (tram is very close, metro is within walking distance or by tram connection). The neighborhood is a quiet, residential spot with many locals and very few tourists. But you are also in a close location to enjoy the shops, food, and other sights on both sides of the river, especially when the weather is nice. Many thanks again!

Super great apartment -- clean, modern, quiet and very comfortable, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Prague. Very close to public transport, minutes by metro from the city center, and only a short walking distance to Prague's castle and many other historical sites. Surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. I loved the Nespresso coffee machine, and the convenience of a being able to use in-apartment washing machine. The owner is very professional, easy to deal with and always responsive. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great and the owner was fantastic. The flat was clean and nice with good comfortable furniture, a very bright and sunny space in the apartment and with good ventilation and even air conditioning. Location is very nice. Right across from a park, and close to tram lines and to the B metro. The owner was great, very friendly, accommodating, and communicative. Absolutely no issues or problems. I would recommend 100% and plan to utilize for future stays in Prague.

There could not possibly have been a warmer welcome to my new life in Prague. Lucie is definitely one of the most helpful and cooperative hosts I have ever met. She would promptly reply my questions and solv any minor issues that came up, in addition to always providing me with precious insight into the city. The apartment is amazingly well-lit and comfortably accommodates two people for a month. Besides, the place is well-equipped for our every need.
Nusle neighborhood is charming and definitely worth exploring. Nice bars, restaurants and cafés abound, but if one wants to get to city center, there are a number of trams that take you right through in a 20-minutes ride.
Highly recommend it!

V bytě jsme bydleli pět týdnů. Byt je čistý, zařízený jednoduše, ale vše je funkční. V domě je klid. Lokalita je dobře dostupná z centra, zároveň je blízko pěšky do Riegrových sadů. Jediné, co nám trochu vadilo, byli lidi stahující se na lavičky před kostelem a velký nepořádek, co po nich zůstával. S majitelkou se komunikuje dobře, měli jsme problém s bojlerem, který byl z její strany vyřešený rychle a bezproblémově.

Somos una pareja española que fue a Praga para estudiar y trabajar. Era nuestra primera vez viviendo juntos y la verdad es que ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento es ideal, grande, moderno, con todas las comodidades y con una ubicación inmejorable (sobre todo si vas a estudiar en el campus de Life Sciences Prague). El metro, el tranvía y la parada de autobuses está a cinco minutos y puedes estar en el centro en diez. El vecindario es tranquilo y agradable. Hay un gran parque en los alrededores, dos supermercados bastante cerca (Penny y Albert) y otros dos un poco más alejados, pero no demasiado (Kaufland y Billa). Nosotros tuvimos contacto sobre todo con Vladimir, quien no dudó en solucionar cada cosa que necesitamos. El último día tuvimos un problema con las maletas y él se ofreció a llamar a la empresa de transporte y quedarse con ellas hasta que fueran a recogerlas, ya que nosotros nos íbamos al aeropuerto. En general estaba disponible siempre y no tardaba en contestar cuando contctábamos con él. Incluso nos hizo un regalo de despedida.
Realmente pasamos una buena experiencia en esa casa, tanto que nos costó mucho despedirnos de ella. La recomendamos sin duda a todo aquel que esté pensando en pasar una temporada en esa maravillosa ciudad. Gracias Vladimir por ser tan buen anfitrión.

I enjoyed the stay at Michaela’s apartment very much. She is a very nice host, who cares a lot about her guests and helps them out anytime they have a problem. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is located close to the city center, so you’ll be able to reach everything by walking. There is a supermarket, shopping opportunities and a nice park nearby. I felt very welcomed and at home during my stay. Would recommend to anyone.
