Great apartment in a great neighborhood, with a lot of coffee houses, pubs, even three different supermarkets 5 min walking distance and with a lot of things to do at night without having to go far from your home
I lived there for about 4 months and I felt at home, perfect for one person or a couple.
The owner was really nice and care a lot about the house. Every time I had a problem, even it didn't really affect my day to day life he would fix it as soon as he could without interfering with my life or schedules.

Pros:
The apartment is very well situated and is close to markets. The tram stop and the metro/tube stop is also quite close. The apartment is clean, well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped.
Cons:
My room was supposed to be cleaned every Monday at 12 pm for 30 minutes(as suggested by the caretakers themselves). It was never cleaned. In a month, my sheets were changed only once.
The caretakers of this flat have borrowed money from me THRICE IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. I have NEVER been in a situation where the keepers of a flat take money from their tenants. I understand people run out of lose cash at times because of which I wanted to help them out. I had to specifically ask them back for my money cause they kept delaying in paying me back. I felt quite uncomfortable by the end of my stay and am definitely glad that I have moved out.

The flat is nice and straightforward. Slightly basic but has everything necessary. It is very well located and convenient. The owners were very kind and helpful. We had some difficult moving circumstances and the owners were very flexible and extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout the rental period. Very nice to deal with.

Bydlení s jedinečnou industriální atmosférou, které sice není pro každého, ovšem pro ty co hledají prostorný ateliér se zázemím bytu je to úplná bomba. Standa jako majitel úžasný - kamarádský a ve všem vstřícný. Bylo to super a rádi se budeme vracet!

Cosy apartment with well equipped kitchen and bathroom and excellent heating system. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The tram/bus stop and the supermarket are just a two minutes walk. I would definitely recommend it.

Jól felszerelt lakás, jó elhelyezkedéssel. A közlekedés kiváló mind tömegközlekedéssel, mind gépjárművel. A zárt udvari parkolás remek adottság. A tulajdonossal maximálisan elégedettek voltunk, rugalmas, együttműködő. Jó szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek.

The flat is ok and well equipped. The Location is maybee not the best but very close to the University in Jinonice and to a nice park and a supermarket. The other tanents are friendly and helpfull.

I've been living in Pavel's flat for almost five months and i can surely reccomend it to everyone. The flat is very well furnished and functional, very cozy and comfortable. The position is really good, in a quiet and cheap neighbourhood with all the necessary shops and transports very close to the flat, welll connected to the rest of the city. Pavel is the perfect owner because he is very kind and always available for help in every situations.
