La estadía fue buena y tranquila. Buena zona. Solo que algunas cosas ya están gastadas: Puertas sueltas en la cocina (estantes), control remoto de la TV roto, maderas infladas por humedad, etc. Pero en general, se pudo usar todo y tenía todo lo necesario.

The apartment was perfect for my boyfriend and me. It was functional, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for day-to-day living. The riverfront location was a dream, close to the Cais de Gaia area and an easy, pleasant walk to Porto.

The hosts were personable and made the entire experience smooth. Check-in, checkout, and all handoffs were handled seamlessly. They offered helpful recommendations and checked in to make sure everything was going well.

All around, this was the best experience.

It was better than I had expected. The place was clean and tidy. The host Selena was great and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. The neighbourhood was easily accessible, supermarkets within walking distance and simply easy to get around. Hopefully in the future, if the place is available, I would stay there again.

Definitely recommend this place.

All praise to the host for excellent and straightforward communication. Everything was exactly as described, and there were absolutely no issues. Zoltan and Kati's place is a light-filled, huge, airy apartment tastefully furnished with antique furniture and hundreds of books. My husband especially appreciated the work desk with the large monitor which came in very handy for his computer that he traveled with. I love the reading lamp, which is actually for reading, not just for mood lighting. We were also happy to find the apartment very quiet, with minimal to no traffic noise.
As others commented, the neighborhood is wonderful and very safe, with all the amenities you would ever need, Starbucks, DM, pharmacy, health food store, Mammut shopping mall, with many great restaurants and a huge Spar inside, etc., within walking distance. Nearby Mechwart and Millenaris parks are great to wander around when the weather permits.
Also, the owners are very accommodating, quick to respond, and easy to talk to. All in all, we had a wonderful experience in this apartment and would love to come back next year.
