I stayed here for three months and had a really positive experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well suited for a long stay, with everything I needed.
The owner was extremely kind, friendly, and always available to help with anything I needed, which made me feel at home from the very beginning.
I also really appreciated her warmth and the opportunity to learn about her culture, which she shared with great kindness.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I am very grateful for the time I spent here. Highly recommended.

Everything was absolutely amazing, just a 10 out of 10! The apartment is a real gem — sparkling clean, incredibly cozy, and has all the necessary things for a comfortable life.

The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood where real Spanish people live. If you want to dive into the authentic Spanish lifestyle, this place is exactly for you!

The location is simply unbeatable: just steps away from the beautiful sea, with great shops and a fantastic local market nearby. It’s perfect for exploring, with excellent road connections in every direction, and you can easily walk or take transport to the city center.

The hosts were wonderfully kind and helpful. When our intercom key fob broke, we asked how much we should pay to cover it, but they said: 'Don't worry, everything is fine!'. They also kindly allowed us a late check-out and wished us a safe journey. Such a polite and lovely attitude! We fell in love with this place and we would absolutely love to come back here again! Highly, highly recommended!

Traduce: mi estancia en el apartamento fue un lujo. La localización es perfecto porque está en el centro pero es una zona muy tranquila donde no hay mucho ruido y con bastantes parques sin mucha gente alrededor. En el apartamento reina el silencio, a veces dudaba de si tenía vecinos o no jajajaja. Para mí es el lugar perfecto donde quedarse para estancias largas.

My stay in the apartment was a luxury. The location is perfect because it is right in the city center, yet in a very quiet area and several parks nearby that are not crowded. The apartment is exceptionally peaceful; sometimes I even wondered whether I had any neighbors at all. For me, it is the perfect place to stay for a long-term visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marino’s place, he is a truly amazing owner and the apartment is just perfect. It is renovated and well-equipped, and in general very pretty. Honestly it was an experience to get back home each day and be so happy with where we lived. We have lived in quite many places, but this was definitely our favorite. The location of the apartment is perfect, just a couple of minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops and the bus stop as well.
Through our stay we felt safe here and we had everything we could wish for, Marino was always very responsive and helpful. It is very sad that we had to leave, and we can’t wait to come back in the future.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, and it was super clean when I arrived. The check-in with the host was excellent, and they were very friendly and welcoming the whole time, always responding really quickly in the chat. The location is great; it’s close to everything, and there are many great bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby.

The flat has a great location, close to the beach, a local grocery store, and an easy/short walk to the old town. The balcony is spacious, and the complex also has a pool. Celia is a very responsive host and sorted concerns out in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this flat.

The accommodation was very nice, it was clean and had all the necessary equipment. The metro and bus were just a short distance away, so it was just a matter of time to Rome. The owner was very nice and explained everything to us. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was very comfortable for a long stay. It is well located, close to trams, metro, and buses, and within walking distance to many attractions. There are also supermarkets and shops nearby.

It stayed cool inside, even during very warm days, and I had no issues working with the Wi-Fi. The kitchen has all the basics for actual cooking (a good selection of pots and pans) but it's missing some smaller everyday utensils (like a bottle opener or vegetable peeler). You can definitely make a meal, just check the drawers before you start!

Zsuzsanna is also a great host, always responsive and helpful. She even accommodated a very late check-in (1 AM) with no complaints. Would definitely recommend her and the place for your stay in Budapest!

The flat is located in a great neighborhood, and the neighbors are friendly. I have really enjoyed living in this area. Both Lidl and Mammut are within a short walking distance, and there are also some nice cafés and restaurants nearby.

Communication with Eszter was pleasant and smooth, with no significant issues.

The flat itself was not particularly clean when I moved in, so I did some additional cleaning to make it more comfortable for myself. In addition, there was also a faint smell of gas near the entrance.

Overall, I still felt comfortable living here and had a positive experience.

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Familie ist super nett und die Wohnung war auch sehr gut. Alles war, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sie war super ausgestattet, lichtdurchflutet, gemütlich, toller Balkon und gutes WLAN. Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat, war ein Ofen in der Küche, aber damit kam ich trotz meines langen Aufenthalts auch sehr gut klar. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

I stayed in this apartment for 4 months and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment was spotless, exceptionally well maintained, and perfectly located.
A special thank you to Ermanno, who is an outstanding host. He was always responsive, genuinely kind, and went above and beyond whenever I needed assistance. Communication was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were completely smooth and hassle-free.
It is clear that Ermanno truly cares about his guests and takes great pride in providing an exceptional experience. I highly recommend both the apartment and Ermanno as a host, and I would gladly stay here again.
