Nice apartment, nice walk to the Cascais Mercado, Pingo Doce is close. Cheap taxi to get anywhere. Few hikes near the building.

Owner is always available, everything works as expected in the apartment.

A Eliska é muito gentil e foi fácil se comunicar com ela! Obrigada por toda receptividade.
O apartamento fica na mesma rua da estação de metrô e ônibus, sem dúvidas a locomoção pela cidade foi muito fácil e é acessível chegar em todos os lugares rapidamente. Também fica próxima a restaurantes legais, cafés, parques, academia, etc. O local é bem iluminado e arejado, é uma ótima acomodação para duas pessoas e sem dúvidas a máquina de lavar roupas e louça foram muito úteis.

Nice and big flat, beautiful terrasse, everything clean, well equiped kitchen, good communication and easy check-in. Only downside were the planes which you could hear, but we got used to it and were happy with our flat.

We had a wonderful stay at Annamaria’s beautiful flat in Budapest. The apartment itself is spacious, stylishly decorated in a Mid-Century Modern design, and feels both elegant and very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean and thoughtfully arranged, which made us feel at home right away.

The location couldn’t be better — Gutenberg tér is such a charming square, quiet yet close to the heart of the city, with great cafes, restaurants, and transport just steps away. It was the perfect base for exploring Budapest.

Annamaria was an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. She made everything easy and enjoyable from check-in to departure.

We truly loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Pia is a great host, and the studio is located very close to perhaps the most beautiful park I've ever seen, Gulbenkian. A good amount of space, well-equipped and with super fast Wifi.

Mariska was a wonderful host to work with. Her home is very lovely and comfortable for my husband and I. The garden is a peaceful retreat and all amenities are within walking distance. The street is quiet and proximity to the park made the neighborhood feel comfortable and homey.

V tomto bytě jsme strávili 6týdnů.Nebylo to špatné,ale mám výhrady,co se týče zařízení bytu.V první řadě mi vadila naprostá tma v koupelně,slaboučká žárovka,která absolutně nestačila.
Další závažná věc je nulové zastínění v hlavní místnosti,takže v létě nesnesitelně.
Chybí jakékoliv kuchyňské náčiní,byla tam pouze 1 vařečka!
Kávovar jsme si museli přinést sami.
Celkově byt bez jakékoliv výzdoby na zdech,takže neútulno.

Byla to skvělá volba. Bydleli jsme tam v 6 lidech (včetně 2 dětí). Dost prostoru, slušná kuchyň, takže vaření šlo krásně jako po másle. Dost prostoru pro děti na hraní doma, když není dobré počasí. Postele velmi komfortní, super krásná koupelna s velkou vanou a 2 umyvadly, pračka. Takže z více než 90% jsme tam dokázali udělat vše, co děláme doma. Lokalita také skvělá, kousek od Znojemského náměstí, bylo to kousek do mnoha obchodů a také na mnohá turistická místa ve Znojmě. Doslova jen pár set metrů pěšky na různá místa, což nebyl problém.

Komunikace s majitelem skvělá na výborné úrovni, ve všem nám vyšli vstříc, dokázali jsme se domluvit na čemkoliv. Takže za nás skvělé, hodnotíme pouze kladně.

The apartment is renovated, bright, and very pleasant.
It has a lovely balcony with a beautiful view over Lisbon’s rooftops.
It is well equipped with everything you might need, including kitchenware, cleaning supplies, a reliable washing machine, and good Wi-Fi.
The location is outside the main tourist areas, but just a short walk or metro ride from the city center.
The street is quiet and the neighbors are calm, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
