The apartment on Raday Utca is a perfect location for sightseeing in the city. I stayed for a month and tested out around 10 local restaurants on the street all of which were fantastic. (AnnaPurna 3 doors along is amazing). The flat itself is no frills but very reasonable price wise, secure and warm in winter. I felt safe there. The Metro, bus and tram stops all over the city are within a couple of minutes walk in any direction and there are supermarkets around 7 minutes away. There are 2 local gyms within 7 minutes walk and both are good for fitness enthusiasts. Perfect spot for an extended stay in Budapest!

Absolutely perfect stay! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and all the popular hotspots in Las Palmas. The apartment itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Communication with the host was impeccable, clear, fast, and very professional. Whether you’re looking for a place to work remotely or simply enjoy a relaxing holiday, this apartment is ideal. I highly recommend it and would love to come back in the future!

Central in the town, short walk to absolutely everything. Big and beautiful apartment with all you needed. I liked that it also had a balcony. Easy to communicate with the owner, she responded quickly.

The owner was very helpful and communicative. At the first contact she explained everything clearly and recommended shopping options, transport connections, parking options etc. In case of any ambiguities/questions she was happy to answer via WhatsApp and complied with the request to extend the contract.
The apartment (oriented to the courtyard) is clean, sufficiently equipped and with a working wifi connection. The house has a quiet environment and living with other tenants in the house was problem-free.

10/10 would recommend, I felt safe, at home and comfortable with the guys living in the flat. Everyone takes care of the communal space and you have anything you need at your disposal - buses close by for good connection, lavandaria to dry your clothes, if needed, a library to focus in, a shop close by. If you are looking for a short-term or a long-term rent, this is a great flat to go for :).
