We had an amazing time in the apartment for almost a year. Rui was so nice and helpful , really a top landlord and definitely made our stay much easier. It was a perfect place to work remotely with high speed internet and a good chair. It had everything we needed.

We can definitely recommend staying here for mid/long term.

It has a beautiful view from the balcony where we spend countless of hours🌞

The apartament was exactly as described. It was very well organised and equipped which made my stay very comfortable and felt like home away from home. The location is amazing! Everything is at your doorstep. Perfect for discovering the city. You are right at the heart of Lisbon.
Sandra is extremely welcoming and very responsive. She makes a great landlord and gives many useful tips. Highly recommended.

Wohnungsübergabe problemlos. Küche gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine. Allerdings die zwei Betten übereinander sind überhaupt nicht optimal, da das untere ein Ausziehbet ist, der was unten schläft ist "gefährdet" und kann in der Nacht vom "Oberen" betreten werden. Da wären Etagenbetten sicherer. Schlafsofa unbrauchbar. Bad sehr sehr klein, Belichtung im Bad zm Teil defekt, sollen wir selbst reparieren, so Ema auf unsere Nachfrage, na ja.. Kontakt jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Gracinda is an exceptionally kind and warm-hearted person! I am so grateful to her for her hospitality and help. My room was very clean, sunny, and cozy, with a pleasant view from the window. All other spaces were just as comfortable. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all, the atmosphere was really very warm. It was also important for me that all the other residents were very nice people. I definitely recommend Gracinda and her apartment!

We stayed here for a month, and it looks like they’ve improved the bed—it was comfortable, clean, and odor-free. The apartment was clean overall and had everything needed for a long stay. It’s in a quiet area at the top of a cliff, with the Ascensor conveniently right outside the door for easy access. We did run into a small ant infestation early on due to leftover rotten food in the pantry, but the landlord eventually helped by dropping off spray. When we moved out, we were required to do a deep clean, though they offered a €50 cleaning service if preferred. There’s no washer onsite, but a nearby laundromat offers washes starting at €5. Overall, it was mostly a positive experience.

Byt se nachází v blízkosti metra B i tramvaje Křižíkova (3 min chuze), kde je i veškerá občanská vybavenost... restaurace, kavárny, obchody. Byt měl základní a dostačující vybavení. Vlastníci bytu mají kancelář přímo u vchodu, takže předávání bytu či jakékoliv jiné záležitosti je možné řešit i přímo osobně.

Byt je na idealnim miste ke vsemu blizko. S majitelem byla uzasna domluva a jeste jednou moc dekujeme za moznost si vzit i nase ctyrnohe mazlicky :)

This is a clean studio with a small kitchen in Karlin. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the blackout curtains were wonderful for my jet lag. It is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. It was quiet and WiFi was good. Grocery stores, nightlife, and transportation are all close by. The big church close by also has many markets, music, and food.

In reality this apartment is a lot better than in the photos. The landlord is great. The location is amazing, in a quiet area, the nearest tram stop is in 5 mins walk. We stayed for a month, and loved the place.

I had a great stay at this apartment in an excellent location. I ran into a couple of issues (which were my fault), but management was incredibly helpful in resolving them. I stayed for just under three months and plan to return for the same work trip next year. If the apartment is available, I’ll gladly stay again.”

Perfect for vacation and short-term staying! The area is close to most historical places like Igreja da Graça, Alfama district, famous Lisbon tram etc. The apartment is very clean and cosy, equipped with everything you need like bed linen, dish, vacuum cleaner, hair drier, coffee machine, cleaning supplies, ven, good internet connection etc. Marta was very welcoming and supportive, helped with everything to adapt in the area, if anything needed to be fixed (that was a single time), she helped immediately with full support. The area itself is rather hectic and crowdy, but the building is located in some distant alley, which is good but still on the ground floor that need to have a window closed at night. Recommend for vacation!

Andre was very quick to communicate. The property was comfortable and great, just as expected. The bedroom had shutters and curtains so it was very easy to sleep in! The facilities were all good, food prep, fridge freezer, washing machine TV. Wifi was reliable and fast for working.!

Krásné bydlení, vybavené vším potřebným. Vyzdvihla bych především velmi pohodlnou postel a úžasný výhled. V bytě jsem se cítila jako doma a veškerá komunikace s majitelem probíhala bez problému.

Jaroslav was extremely helpful and timely with communication. I locked my keys inside a few times and he always immediately arranged for means for me to get into the apartment. The place is clean, in a great location and has all the amenities that I needed. I will definitely check the availability of this place next time I am in Prague long term.

Beautiful apartment in a great area. Perfect if you are staying in Prague alone or even as a couple. The apartment is a little small but everything is newly renovated with all new appliances, and the space is used well. No AC so it can get very hot in the summer, however the landlord provided a large fan which made things comfortable. Dita was helpful and easy to get in touch with. I look forward to staying here again.

Byt je pohodlnný a prostorný a v dobré lokalitě. Bohužel zámek dveří byl ze začátku velmi tuhý a odemknout byl problém, časem se to ale zlepšilo. V obívacím pokoji chybí závěsy, místnost na toaletu je malá a je ještě více zmenšená malým umyvadlem a úložným prostorem, který chybí v koupelně. Není kam si uložit hygienu a ve sprše chybí polička na šampon a mýdlo. Filtr ve sprše se ucpává a je třeba pravidelně čistit, jinak se sprcha rychle vyplaví. Po předání jsem v bytě našel psí hračku a granuli na podlaze, jinak byl byt ale čistý.

Při předání bytu jsem byl domluvený s majitelem na 11:00, nicméně na schůzku nikdo nedorazil a po telefonování jsem byl informován že byt se stále uklízí. Do bytu jsem byl vpuštěn až po 14:20.
Informace o přístup ke komunálnímu odpadu jsem nedostal a musel jsem kvůli nim volat a dostat funkční klíč. Žádal jsem o informace o prohlídkách bytu, ty jsem nedostal, následně majitel po mě chtěl týden před vystěhováním prohlídku bytu.
