The flat was spacious and suited our needs for our short-term stay. Communication with the landlord was easy, with quick responses and assistance in getting into the flat upon arrival. I am new to Flatio, but have used many rental homes previously and expected similar accommodations. Although most basics were provided, some basic necessities were not (garbage can, broom/dust pan, fan, coffee maker). I ended up buying these items to make our nearly month-long stay more comfortable. The flat was extremely hot, as it was unseasonably hot in Prague for the majority of my stay, and there was a need for air circulation, so I bought fans to make sleeping bearable. In general, the flat was clean upon arrival. For the price of the flat, I would be happy to come back but would hope to see the basics mentioned above (particularly a basic coffee maker) in the flat. Even though I am from the US and we are accustomed to AC, I do think at least one large fan is needed for air circulation in the summer months.

Nice and clean apartment convenient location.
Only one small dinning table, after three weeks finally get a writing desk after asking the landlord for a couple of time.

S ubytováním jsem byl velice spokojen. K dispozici bylo základní vybavení pokoje i kuchyně. S paní majitelkou byla příjemná domluva. Lokalita byla klidná, snadná dostupnost do centra.

We stayed as a group of 3 international students in the apartment for 6 months. Check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, the agency was very quick to respond to any inquiries and maintenance request which was a lifesaver as none of us spoke Spanish. Communication with the staff were smooth and we got our deposit back in full shortly after the contract ended. Photos listed on Flatio are accurate, the house is equipped with cutlery and cooking equipment, outdoor terrace spacious, the flat has 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs while the other small bedroom is downstairs close to the kitchen. You can hear plumbing and some sounds from the other apartments but overall it was very peaceful. The building has a lift with a rooftop terrace, but the flat itself is on the ground floor with a ramp. Thank you for the lovely stay!

¡Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa durante nuestra estadía en el apartamento! Mi esposa y yo no podríamos estar más contentos con nuestra elección. La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unos pasos del centro histórico, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de todas las atracciones y la cultura local sin ningún problema.

Además, el servicio y la atención que recibimos por parte de la dueña fueron excepcionales. Siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta y se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y placentera. Desde la limpieza impecable del apartamento hasta los detalles bien pensados en la decoración, todo superó nuestras expectativas.

Recomendamos este alquiler sin ninguna duda. Es el lugar perfecto para una escapada en pareja y una experiencia inolvidable en el corazón de la ciudad. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestro viaje algo tan especial!

The stay at the flat was more than satisfactory. The helpfulness of Adam, the owner, is remarkable, and was evident from the very beginning when he kindly offered to pick me up from the train station. Throughout my stay, he has always advised me appropriately, both in terms of the running of the house and for small daily needs and tasks, always making his presence felt.
The flat is also in very good condition: after an initial disorientation regarding my expectations on the size of the room, which I thought was more spacious, the adaptation happened naturally: particularly appreciated were the small balcony and the direct view on the garden and not directly on the street. The location is also excellent: the flat is very close to the historical centre despite not being in it, and from here you can reach all the points of interest in the city, including the Spielberg fortress, either on foot or by using the tram stop a few dozen metres away: this is great for those who, like me, have been in Brno for study purposes.
Enjoy your stay in Brno in this fantastic owner-run flat!

Sandra was extremely responsive and helpful. And we really enjoyed the condo. Nice view of the sea from the balcony, and beautiful view of the island from the pool. The walking path in front of the building was wonderful to have direct access to. The kitchen isn't the most equipped, but it's manageable. The bathroom is spacious, with good water pressure and long-lasting hot water. The bed was comfortable for us (although I will note that my husband and I prefer firm beds, so if you don't that might be a problem). The biggest downside was that the bedroom is in the back of the condo, on the hallway close to the elevator and parking lot. There was a decent amount of noise late at night and early in the morning - so bring earplugs!

It was our second stay in this flat. It is located in a beautiful area, close to the ocean and has everything you need. Everything looks like on photos. However, internet was unstable after changing provider.
Overall, I recommend this place and would definitely book again for myself.

Czarek was a perfect landlord- if ever I had an issue he made it his priority to help resolve it aa promptly and efficiently as possible. On top of that he was friendly and respectful. The apartments
was great- the bed is so comfortable, the temperature is always perfect no matter if its summer or winter, the cooking facilities are perfect and water is good too. The internet was high speed and I didn’t use the tv much, but when I did there was never an issue. The washing machine is new, and so efficient ( I will for sure miss it!!)
Thanks again to Czarek for everything, I highly recommend this rental!!
