What I loved: LOCATION! walking distance to Alfama and several central plazas. So much to see and discover. Several great restaurants up the steps!! This flat is nestled in such a central area. It was a great intro to Lisbon and gives you excellent access to nearby hubs of activity. PRICE! Favorably priced for a great area. The apt itself is a very small space but is well resourced.
CLEAN! The place was clean and well kept. Came with towels and clean sheets and pleasant smell. Things to consider: NOISE: there is a community center adjacent to the kitchen/bathroom windows so you will hear kids playing football for 70% of your day. While it's endearing it’s, not ideal if you need a quiet space to work from home. Also, the walls are super thin so you hear everything. 
AREA: Yes there are people who hang out near the entrance to listen to music and drink. No they are not dangerous or even remotely interested in you. When you arrive its straight up the steps to the right. SHOWER MOLD: The rest of the apartment was very clean, but the bathroom door and grout had mold at base which was unpleasant. COLD: Very cold indoors in beginning of April. There is only one tiny heater that we had to elevate to have a chance at warming our toes. If you come in summer you probably won’t have this issue because the weather will be warm. HOT WATER: we didn't get hot water until day 3 and when it came it left quickly (after 3 mins) in the shower daily.

A cozy small flat - ideal for 1 person. Great view including the Parliament. Not the best for home office.

BOOKED FOR 2 MONTHS ONLY STAYED FOR 2 WEEKS. ONLY 1 SHOP AND VERY DEAR. COULD NOT HIRE A CAR AS OVER 70 .BEACH A LONG CLIMB DOWN BUT A VERY NICE FAMILY AND VERY HELPFUL.

We really enjoyed our stay with Vaclav! The place was very clean, the communication with Vaclav was great, and the room was beautifully set up with a comfy bed, pretty flowers, and lots of natural light. Thanks for having us :)

Pan majitel je velice ochotný a vždy pohotový v komunikaci. Byt je krásně světlý a prostorný, na klidném a dostupném místě do centra města. S bytem nebyly za celou dobu pobytu žádné problémy a kolega, který byl v bytě ubytován, byl spokojen.

Apartment had everything I needed for a 7 week stay. Markus was very responsive. Location great: was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go, just a block from a large Thursday market. Would stay again

Great flat! It is very cozy and comfortable with nice antique furniture and feels very homey. The landlord was very warm and helpful and responded right away whenever we had any questions. The location was perfect for us. The flat is located a short distance from the castle with many pubs and restaurants near by. A nice walk down Petřín Hill and across the bridge is a wonderful way to start the day if you want to go to Old Town. We often took the tram back up which was very convenient and inexpensive. It is the same tram that takes people to the castle and runs every 5 minutes or so, with a picturesque route through Mala Strana.

This really is the perfect flat! 🌟 It is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay aswell as its personal touch with for example the vinyl player. The location is perfect and within a short walk distance of the beach but with distance enough to not be bothered with any noice. Ariana is the kindest and most helpful host and made sure we had a comfortable stay aswell as providing us with tips about the best restaurants in the area. Really couldn't have wished for a better stay and definitely recommend to everyone🙏

I had such a wonderful stay here. Clara and her whole family were lovely, kind hosts. Clara was spectacular with communication, and was patient if ever I had any questions or needed help. The place itself is amazing -- you don't realize from the pictures how high the ceilings are, and how palatial it feels! And the locatoin could not have been better. It was easy for me to get anywhere I needed to go: there were things to discover and explore in every direction, and access to public transportation was super close (not to mention many Bolt taxis around at all hours). There's really nothing I could name that wasn't wonderful. And did I mention there are PLANTS. Loved them, watered them, was so happy to share the space with them. That felt like such a unique addition that you don't usually get to have. Will absolutely stay here again the next time I come to Budapest, if at all possible. Thank you so much, Clara. :)

Děkujeme paní Kristýně za zpříjemnění našeho pobytu v Praze. Komunikace byla více než skvělá, se vším nám vyšla vstříc. Byt byl čistý a odpovídal přesně tak jak byl prezentován na fotkách. Byt se nachází nedaleko centra v klidné části a spojení tramvají do centra bylo jednoduché a rychlé. Vřele doporučujeme :)

I really enjoyed staying at Kiri's Duplex. Her house is beautifully designed and very cosy with modern decor. The neighbourhood is super quaint and international with neighbours from France, London and Brazil. Kiri's house is about a 100 meters walk to the river and beautiful museum Casa da Cerca, where you have incredible views of Lisbon and a nice cafe to enjoy a coffee while you watch the sunset. There are also cute cafes, bars and boutiques around in the square, two minutes from her house. It is also easy to get to Cais do Sodre. You can walk to the ferry in about 10 minutes and be in the centre of Lisbon 10 minutes later (about 25 minutes from door to door). Kiri is a great host. Super warm and friendly and happy to help in any way she can. I'll definitely stay here again.

Majitel odpovídal téměř okažitě a když se náhle rozbila pračka (jediný problém za celý pobyt), ihned zprostředkoval její náhradu. 10/10.

Very beautiful, bright and furnished room with fully equipped kitchen. Everything from washing machine to oven, microwave and dishwasher in the flat. Close to the tram station.

Byt byl velice hezky připravený. Útulný a čistý, s veškerým vybavením, které bylo pro krátkodobý pronájem potřeba. Velkým bonusem je lokalita s rychlou dostupností do centra a v pěší vzdálenosti veškeré služby, které jsou potřeba. S majitelem byla velice rychlá a dobrá komunikace. Dostala jsem veškeré informace a nenaskytl se žádný problém.

Flat is cozy, has everything needed for comfort life. enough place for clothes storage. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and staff. The neibourhood is really amazing. 3 minutes walk to Metro station, a lot of rests and bars, supermarket right behind the corner.

Vše bylo v pořádku, s paní majitelkou byla dobrá komunikace. Byt byl při předání v dobrém stavu a byl čistý.

The property owner, Sandra, was responsive and accommodating. On the apartment itself, the ocean views from the balcony were simply breathtaking. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Overall good

The flat is a good size and spacious for a couple. Almog is very kind and all communication went very smoothly. The hardest part is just a typical Portuguese old town staircase in front of the flat. But I enjoyed walking around.

A modern and comfortable apartment in a quiet part of Lisbon that's close to the city centre. Susana is a perfect landlord. This is our second visit and we look forward to staying here again.

It was our second time on the island and our 3rd accommodation: best internet connection (no interruptions), best views (3 balconies). The kitchen was fully equipped (actually pleasantly surprised it also included a dishwasher). Glad we had available the electric heaters (as some days got colder in March). Good communication with the host (fast replies). Furnas is a charming little town. I totally recommend this accommodation/host if you're around. I highly appreciated the attention to details / the little things like a small grocery bag, an umbrella, nice paintings to stare at in the morning. Hope to return :D
