The landlord's really nice and helpful. The flat itself is cozy and comes with everything you need, like a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It's a great option for any student looking for a comfortable place to stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Ursula and Stefan's Orange apartment for 4 months. It is very well located for experiencing the historical areas of Lisbon. Chiado is about 5 minutes walk, and there are so many restaurants, coffee shops and mini-markets around. It is so cozy to have a cup of coffee by the street and observe the come-and-go of people. It is also quite close to the beautiful view point of Miradouro. The view of sunset is stunning. Last but not least, Ursula and Stefan are very nice, they are now no longer just landlord to me, we have already become friends. I will highly recommend the Orange apartment, and after you experience it yourself, I believe you will agree with me.

Staying in this apartment was a great experience end to end! Host communication and check in was smooth. The in-person check-in is really helpful as it’s quite a large space, especially considering the building roof terrace & the parking. It was nice to be welcomed with a bottle of water and some local food and drinks. The desk set up here was fantastic. I’m especially a fan of the office chair which had a proper headrest. And the monitor! If I’m being super critical, It would have been nice to fit the arms on the chair under the desk. If you are a different height to me (likely) you might be able to find some way to make that work out for you, Otherwise… The desk set-up here was perfect! And the wifi held up for all of the work I was doing, mostly content, and video calls. Here are 2 wifi speed tests I ran: https://www.speedtest.net/result/15849608900 https://www.speedtest.net/result/15851431624 We needed to re-set the wifi router when we arrived, as we couldn’t connect at first. But the reset resolved the issues connecting. For the most part, the connection was perfect, but one night (very late) it did drop out 2-3 times, it was only for a split second, and you wouldn’t even notice it unless you were on a call, or just trying to load a page. But worth mentioning. The apartment itself is very spacious, with the furniture and finish done to a really high standard. And it’s got everything you could want and need, from coffee machine to umbrellas! There’s more than enough space in the living room, either bedroom, or the balcony to do a home workout, but you also have the roof terrace and pool, and a nice public park across the road, with lots of grass, and paved floor - all perfect for a workout. The building also has a very small gym - there’s a treadmill, an exercise bike, and some floor space - which you can access. The building has reasonable accessibility with a ramp up to the entry doors, and a lift once you are inside. And inside the apartment itself there is lots of space to move a pram or chair around through doorways etc. One of the bathrooms also has a large shower with no step up to access. This listing 100% matches the description, and when visiting Madeira again, I’ll be checking if this apartment is available!

I stayed in Jakub's apartment with a friend during our Erasmus+ semester. It is a nice flat that you can definitely live in for a while! It has everything you need for a longer stay and it's clean and tidy. It is also not far from a metro and tram station, so you can easily get into the city center. The apartment is also located in a very quiet and calm neighborhood. Communication with the landlord was also good. He answered our questions quickly and provided us with everything we needed. He is very kind and would also help cleaning the apartment. All in all, I had a really nice stay and would recommend the apartment!

I stayed in this house for almost a year and literally, it became a Home for me. It is designed perfectly, and although it can be considered a small house I had everything I needed, thanks to Alena. Moreover, she is one of the best landladies I have ever met. I did not have any trouble but even in small points, Alena was always there to help me. Around the house, there is a beautiful place called Vysehrad to chill out. And DM and Penny supermarket are super close...Quiet, peaceful, and close to everywhere... I highly recommend this place both for couples and single travelers.

This place is pure happiness. I think it is the best place to be. In a very quiet family neighborhood and very well connected to the rest of the city. The feeling of being at home is unique, especially thanks to Lucie, the homey atmosphere with the rest of the roommates and learning new things through them enriches your life. Extra important fact, there is a beautiful orange cat in the neighborhood that will want to receive love every time you see it and you won't be able to resist it.

Great flat, good price, quiet, with electric blinds, very cosy with everything you might need (utensils, dishwasher, storage space, etc) , close to nice beach with walking/running sidewalk, 3 grocery shops in 4 minute walk. Train tracks nearby were not the issue at all due to good sound insulation. If you are feeling cold, there is a nice electric heater. Communications with the owner is great too - responded to everything that I needed. 10/10

Flat had almost everything inside. Ricardo bought the vacuum cleaner and even put an additional bed for my 1.5 years old son! He was very cooperative. The air conditioner helped heating the apartment quickly, so it was quite warm inside.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with all the necessary equipment needed for a longer stay. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We visited during February for a few weeks and especially loved the floor heating. The landlord is very welcoming and helpful. I recommend this place!

I ve enjoyed my stay here. The property might be a bit dated, but kept in a decent state & has a great location.

Byt je plně vybaven, od žehlícího prkna, kuchyňského nádobí (některé poškrábané) až po základní suroviny ke kuchtění, je tak vhodný pro dlouhodobé pobyty. My jsme zde strávili měsíc v zimě. I přes vysoké stropy a starší okna bylo v bytě teplo. Apartmán se nachází ve třetím patře historické budovy, tudíž je zde slyšet veškerý hluk z chodby a z provozu výtahu. Výtah je velmi malý a občas se zasekává. Majitelka nám byla velmi příjemná a během celého pobytu nápomocná.

O António foi atencioso e amável. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e é muito tranquilo durante a noite. Além disso, a estação de Campanhã fica muito próxima. Tudo ótimo!

Very kind owner and the apartment is also very nice and close to the centre.

It was a very clean apartment and had a lot of cooking appliances, also a nice balcony. My only issue was no detergent, bath soap or more than one toliet paper so i had to buy all of these items. The host was very nice and helpful, i would highly recommend this apartment. LANDLORD'S REPLY: Thank you for your review and your issue is noted.
