It was the loveliest stay we have ever had in Madeira. This was not only thanks to the marvellous property with great views to the ocean and a perfect layout, but also to the ever helpful and very approachable owners. They say that people in Madeira are the friendliest in the world and our experience fully supported that. We appreciated every support that we got during our stay, they surely are bending over backwards for the guests.

The flat is perfect for people who like studio apartments. It is nicely decorated and there is a huge terrace that would offer an ideal place to work/hang out during the spring and summer months.

The wifi speed was good and the connection was stable.

The owner was also very nice, he made sure I was comfortable and told me to message him should I need anything.

The flat was very clean when we arrived, it however did not have the expected furniture, for example, we used a desk as a dining table, which means that one of us didn't have a desk. Additionally, there were exactly three plates and three bowls which is not enough for 3 people. In the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling which was only dealt with by the landlord after contacting three different people and waiting almost 2 months. Our contact person also changed three times throughout our 4-month stay.

Great location in Budapest close to the Danube and public transportation. It's on a quiet street but close enough to the center. The apartment was a great size, perfect 2 bedrooms.

I had the opportunity to live in this apartment for one month. I want to tell you that it was an incredible vacation where I could relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, complete all the pending tasks, and plan for the next year.

The apartment is located in a beautiful place. The ocean is right in front of your window and is accessible 24/7. It is well equipped with all the necessary utensils to easily prepare any food.

The apartment is in a great location. Quiet on the street at night and safe neighborhood. The wi-fi could be spotty and I mentioned this at the end so hopefully they can fix it before the next person moves in. Otherwise, no issues at all. We enjoyed our stay here and Stéphane was a great and communicative host!

Квартира отличная, Руслан очень во многом помогает и все вопросы решает очень оперативно, так же может подсказать, что тут вообще и как, предупредить о разных неожиданностях, например, что в Рождество закрыто абсолютно все и продуктами нужно затариться заранее.

This was my second time of staying in Clara's wonderful apartment. I always enjoy the spaciousness, the furnishings, the well-stocked large kitchen and finally, the central location of her place. It is my gold standard in rentals. Clara and her mom respond quickly to any questions one may have, take care of whatever small issues may arise and are very friendly and caring in every interaction. I absolutely love staying there and hope that I can return soon!

Close to multiple grocery stores, bus and train stop, restaurants, ATM, everything. I would rent it again.

Cozy apartment. It has everything for a comfortable stay. Very warm. Nearby (within a radius of 100 meters) there are shops and cafes. Historical city center. The landlord is very responsible and friendly.

Reka's apartment is comfortable and we felt at home from the first day, we spent good three months there.
It’s well located, it’s next to a shopping center and you can go everywhere by walking (center in 15 minutes) or by bus.

The landlord was helpful, friendly, and very responsive. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about them!
The flat was great, I would happily stay there again. The location is convenient, at most a 30-minute walk to anything central, including the ocean. You will need to walk uphill to get back, of course, but that's true of anything in Funchal that isn't right on the water.
The internet speed was about 50 Mbps up and down, with an older WiFi version, but it was steady and I had no issues with it.
There are some small issues around the flat, but I'm not sure they're even worth mentioning. It's not luxury, so if that's what you need you need to look elsewhere, but for a nice, normal, place to stay with everything you need to be comfortable: I'd recommend it without hesitation.

I stayed in this flat for around 2 months and was very happy that I decided to choose this one for my stay. Everything was good, apartment is very well equipped and clean and has everything you would need for your stay. Location of the building is perfect, there are two tram stops very close and also there is yellow line metro stop just 3 minutes away. You can find so many grocery stores, cafés, restaurants around. If you like to go on the walks there are so many parks around or you can take very nice walk by the Vltava river which is super close. There is always something happening in the area but overall it is quiet. Also Andrea was always very nice and helpful with everything. I would recommend this flat to everyone who is planning to visit Prague and if I had an opportunity to visit again for longer I would definitely book this one again.
