Luis is a great guy...proactive and responsive to questions, etc. On his wonderful family's property in a close n'hood of S.V. We rented one of his few units, ours being a tastefully restored palheiro with a well-apportioned, minimalst, modern design. We will definitely rent this flatio unit on our next vit to Madeira! Bonus: they have a very sweet dog, Sasha, and you're welcomed to greet her with a daily dog-treat and take her for long walks ;-)

Byt je na skvělé adrese, nedaleko metra, obchodů, památek. Vybavení bytu nám zcela vyhovovalo, nic jsme nepostrádali. Komunikace s Helenou byla výborná, velice jsme ocenili její flexibilitu při předání klíčů a vystěhování.

VIEWS! VIEWS! VIEWS! This place was so cute, clean, and peaceful. The hosts were sweet and thoughtful in providing amenities and making the place comfortable. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The VIEWS from the loft and outdoor patio were fantastic, this place was perfect for my extended stay in Lisbon. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hugo's flat that exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. I wanted to take a moment to share my positive review and express my gratitude for the wonderful time I had.

Upon arriving at the flat, I was warmly greeted by Hugo's brother, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable. The communication with the host was seamless from the moment I made the reservation until my departure.

The accommodation itself was outstanding. The apartment was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the space. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I will definitely be returning in the future!

I had a lovely 2-month stay in this apartment. It's clean, well-equipped, and has a beautiful view over the river and the bridge.

The location is great. I appreciated being so close to the waterfront, which is perfect for walks. Walking to the center is only about 20 min and the Alcantara-Mar train station is just around the corner for easy access to Cascais.

The only downside is that the apartment is by a busy road and it gets pretty noisy so needed to sleep with earplugs.

Everything was excellent. Nice flat, nice building, nice neighborhood. Šárka was also an excellent landlord. Moving in was seamless, and she was responsive with inquiries. All in all, very smooth from beginning to end.

Amos is a wonderful landlord who has been super helpful and accommodating! His apartment was the perfect size and in a super central location that allows you to be close to all the great restaurants yet is still super quiet at night. I would happily come back and live here again!

The apparent was more than satisfactory. It was very well equipped for my 1,5 month stay. The area has a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and is very well connected with the city center either via tram or bus. The landlord accommodated me with anything I needed and was available for all of my questions. If or when I visit Prague again, I will definitely book with Paul again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy studio in a fantastic neighborhood. The location was incredible!
The studio itself was cozy and had a nice vibe. The design was minimalist and it looked exactly as shown in pictures. However, it lacked a microwave and had a small washing machine, which was a bit inconvenient.

The apartment is tidy, large and spacious. It doesn’t have aircon which was difficult when it started to heat up but manageable as the airflow through the rooms is great. (There’s just a noisy lamp shade in the room that twinkles in the wind). The apartment has everything you need, it’s well resourced, clean and tidy. It has a pool and it’s just a walk to the beach, local cafes and supermarkets so it’s a good location. The main bed is quite uncomfortable, it’s really hard but the others are fine and we added a blanket to soften it a bit. There’s a carpark underneath which was great as it gets so hot outside.
Flavia was alright to communicate with. We had to leave early as our travel plans changed and that was not received well as she prefers to meet on entry and exit. Understandable but we couldn’t manage that. We paid to the end though and cleaned the apartment to a high standard.
