Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy studio in a fantastic neighborhood. The location was incredible!
The studio itself was cozy and had a nice vibe. The design was minimalist and it looked exactly as shown in pictures. However, it lacked a microwave and had a small washing machine, which was a bit inconvenient.

The apartment is tidy, large and spacious. It doesn’t have aircon which was difficult when it started to heat up but manageable as the airflow through the rooms is great. (There’s just a noisy lamp shade in the room that twinkles in the wind). The apartment has everything you need, it’s well resourced, clean and tidy. It has a pool and it’s just a walk to the beach, local cafes and supermarkets so it’s a good location. The main bed is quite uncomfortable, it’s really hard but the others are fine and we added a blanket to soften it a bit. There’s a carpark underneath which was great as it gets so hot outside.
Flavia was alright to communicate with. We had to leave early as our travel plans changed and that was not received well as she prefers to meet on entry and exit. Understandable but we couldn’t manage that. We paid to the end though and cleaned the apartment to a high standard.

This apartment was my charming, comfortable second home for 6 months. I was so happy there. It was beautifully decorated, fully functional with all amenities, and in a friendly, safe neighborhood. Attila was very friendly, responsive, and flexible - the ideal landlord. Thanks to Attila & Flatio for this wonderful experience.

Everything was great. The house was close to the city centre and to the Balaton. We could park our car in front of the house. The kitchen was not too big but we could manage in it. Only an oven is missing from there. Bence was very helpful throughout our stay. He helped us with the laundry as well. We were able to grill in the garden and we had our own terrace. The bed was comfortable. The internet was good. All in all we are pretty happy with our decision to stay there. The accomodation was not luxurious but the price was great!

Situated near everything, this is a very nice apartment. Well-equipped kitchen, including a Nescafe coffee machine. Comfortable mattress, good water heating, and speedy internet. The owner was helpful and quick to respond. Although I gave it a 9 due to the absence of a washing machine and the necessity to install a drying machine, Nothing would dry out on its own there; even towels used by evening would be wet the next morning and even after one week of drying time.

Amazing location very central in Las Canteras and all amenities. The apartment itself was very clean and the landlady was very hospitable.
The only issue we had was the very loud neighbours but the landlord was quick to inform the community owner of the flats.

I přes některé komplikace které s námi ze začátku byli ( stížnosti na nepořádek na společné chodbě od pracovní obuvy) byla vždy domluva s pronajímateli velice dobrá. A bydlení naprosto plnilo svůj účel.

Absolutely loved our one-month stay here. It is in a perfect location, close to the tram and just across Charles Bridge. Being courtyard facing there was no noise from the street. Beds were firm compared to what we’re used to, couldn’t sleep comfortable on my side so we used the pullout mattress on top and that was perfect for those who like more soft. Everything about check in/out was super easy. Place was even nicer in person than the photos and the bathtub is AMAZING! There’s a washer which was super convenient and a full sized fridge.

The flat is very cozy, you have everything what you need and even more.
Perfect location for everything (shops, universities, public transport, nightlife)
