The homeowner is exceptionally welcoming, accommodating and the flat is perfect! Right in the middle of the old city,. A short walking distance to all the major attractions. I loved it. It’s well appointed, bright and the WiFi is strong. That was extremely important to me as I worked from the apartment. You cannot go wrong with this place and this homeowner.

I had an amazing stay in this flat which was very cosy, functional and quiet. Tereza is a very helpful and friendly landlord, and I would really recommend this apartment.
The neighbourhood is also great with lots of cafés, shops and a big park close by.

o apartamento mesmo sendo pequeno é muito agrádavel.
é muitissimo bem localizado e ainda assim em uma rua bem calma para ser no centro de Lisboa.
o prédio em si é bem seguro e o local também é muito seguro e bem familiar.
dispoe de todos os itens básicos para cozinhar, e fazer o primeiro café... o apartamento é muito bem iluminado e tem luzes agradaveis.
o chuveiro é fantástico e como cheguei em um dia um pouco mais frio Miguel e Sonia colocaram aquecedores a disposicao que funcionaram super bem. o apartamento é seco e ao mesmo tempo bem isolado e ventilado...
Miguel nos deu otimas dicas de restaurantes baratos e bons nas próximidades do apartamento.
a comunicacao foi super descomplicada e objetiva. tanto com miguel como com sonia.

para quem quer vivenciar um pouco da vida portuguesa é um ótimo lugar.

There are not enough words to describe the impressions of Pedro's apartment. Excellent location in a residential area, there are shops nearby, within walking distance of a shopping center, metro and train station. The apartment itself is very sunny and green. it is felt that the apartment has a soul, it all creates a wonderful atmosphere. Especially, I want to note the wonderful terrace that complements this apartment. The apartment is perfect for long stays. Pedro is very friendly, open to communication and always ready to answer! Definitely recommend, you won't want to leave!

Cosy, clean and well-equipped apartment on a quiet street within a few minutes walking distance to Stromovka park, and also nearby to plenty of shops, restaurants, public transport, etc. Communication with the landlord was always very quick and easy, and I had no major problems during my stay.

Ich und 4 Kollegen hatten das Vergnügen, in diesem wunderschönen Apartment in Lissabon zu übernachten und wir können es nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt wünschen kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet - in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Rato.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich jedoch die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Kontaktperson, die jederzeit für uns da war und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Sie war sogar außerhalb der normalen Geschäftszeiten erreichbar und half uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt von ihrem Engagement und ihrer Professionalität.

Insgesamt war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Apartment übernachten. Ich kann es jedem Reisenden nur empfehlen, der eine gemütliche Unterkunft in Lissabon sucht und eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft erleben möchte.

This apartment is one of the best that my wife and I stayed in so far in Portugal. Ricardo and his partner made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay of six months. The apartment is spacious, clean and appropriately equipped. The building is conveniently located close to the waterfront, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, and a medical center. We enjoyed our stay in Nazaré and the apartment and would reserve it if we visit again.

Petr is a fantastic host! He goes above and beyond to be there for you. Very thankful to have had him for our first experience on Flatio and to Prague. Definitely recommend staying here. All around great person and flat. Couldn't ask for more.

This apartament looks the same as in the pictures. It is very good localized - close to tram, metro station, park and shops. The apartment is well equipped - all necessary items in the kitchen, washing machine. Quiet neighborhood, perfect place for a car and very good contact with the Landlord are another attitudes. I highly recommend this apartment and the Landlord.

Very comfortable apartment perfect for one or 2 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture that is also stylish. It is close to the Forum, the Sea Organ, and a lovely fresh market for the freshest produce, fish, eggs, meats. Toni was always responsive, and super accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.
