Mary ist eine sehr tolle, zuverlässige und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Ich habe mich hier mehr als wohl gefühlt und würde das Zimmer immer wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Excellent location. Not too central, not too far away. Close to lots of public transport (with a bus stop right across the street). A short bus ride to most places. Several small markets nearby, and larger ones easily accessible by bus. Plenty of cafes/restaurants as well. Tucked away off the busy street, in a small passageway. Some traffic noise during the day, but quiet at night. (No partying noise). No issues with internet. Excellent communication with the manager Rita throughout my stay. Always answered my questions/concerns. Put up with my lousy Portuguese.

Super appartement, très bien situé à 5 minutes du centre et beaucoup de commerce à proximité. L’appartement ne donne pas sur la rue donc plutôt calme! Parfait pour un long séjour et très bien équipé. La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible en cas de question. Je recommande vivement !

Super apartment, very well located 5 minutes from the center and lots of shops nearby. The apartment does not overlook the street so rather quiet! Perfect for a long stay and very well equipped. The owner is very nice and available in case of questions. I highly recommend !

It was a great stay, you got everything you might need for remote work and living. Apartament location is perfect, you have all restaurants and shops in walking distance. Landlord was very helpful, replying almost immedietaly to any queries. Highly recomended.

Perfect accommodation for a few weeks stay. It is located in a very quiet area, 45min by transport from the city center. Jana is very nice and she will answer all your questions. The only thing missing is an oven. Otherwise I recommend it!

Sam was sooo amazing from the first day I arrived at the apartment! Very kind, friendly, responsive, and helpful! The apartment was also extremely adorable, and in one of the most charming spots in Lisbon! I absolutely loved being able to wake up and go for a run right along the water, while also just being a few minutes walk from the metro. I had such an amazing time renting this apartment and exploring Alfama. ❤️

We loved our 6 month stay in this fully equipped and spacious apartment. The view from the kitchen windows is amazing, with gorgeous sunsets. The owners António and Martinho are friendly, respond quickly and are always available if you need them for anything. Everything is as pictured in the listing. The location is very convenient to everything with the tram 28 stop right outside. We would stay here again with pleasure!

The apartment is located on beautiful green street. There are no limits with the availability of of food choices/ restaurants. Santos train station is about 5 minutes away. The owner was available to answer any questions or concerns. The apartment was as advertised, lovely

The apartment was perfect for our needs, with plenty of room and conveniently located in Old Lisbon. The terrace is lovely, and the building is quiet. The owner and their local associates always responded very quickly with questions and when assistance was needed. We would love to stay again when we return to Lisbon.

The landlord was precise and accurate in it’s answers to all my questions. During my stay, which lasted for 45 days, I never had any issue of any kind.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The presence of all the “additional utilities” such as given and washing machine was very appreciated.

The apartment is situated in the very center of Prague, a few hundreds of meters from the main square (old town square).

The only negative aspect was the sound from the next door apartment, which is also used as B&B accommodation. The sound isolation is not the best, but I never had problems of any kind even in that regard.

I would highly recommend it for couples and single person staying.
