Byt byl naprosto fantasticky, v dobre lokalitě a komunikace s majitelem byla perfektní. Nemáme co vytknout a děkujeme za pobyt. Pokud bude dalsi příležitost, určitě služby využijeme znovu.

I was good at that home. There were some minor inconvenients with the heater at first. But Jan resolve it fine. It is a beautifull and cozy place.

Pronajímatel byl velice vstřícný, domluva s ním byla opravdu skvělá, dlouho jsem nezažila takový přístup. Bydlení bylo skvělé. Nadmíru spokojená.

It was very cool to live in this flat

I've spent three months in this flat, and it really felt like home. Everything was super clean when we arrived, we even received a little bottle of champagne as a welcoming gift. It is absolutely perfect for a couple but also for a single person. The decoration is great, everything is comfortable, the equipment is very complete. It is completely worth the price. Thank you again for this ! :)

The apartment was great, clean and everything worked as it should.  Helena was a perfect landlady.  I really enjoyed my stay there!

I really enjoyed my stay and I can recommend the apartment. I would surely come back, if I return to Funchal. Pros: - great location: close to all busses, grocery stores and city center - internet connection without any issues (I did remote work) - well equipped kitchen - towel and bed linen exchange possible once a week - super comfortable bed and blackout curtains - Vìtor (the owner) replies very fast and is available for questions Cons: - it is quite noisy due to the busses and motorbikes on the road in front of the building (better at night of course and it didn't keep me from sleeping) - having a window open was too loud (and sometimes smelly) for me, which might be relevant in summer time. - the laundry as well as the garbage room weren't as clean as the rest of the building - in the first floor, people on the street can definitely look into your apartment when the blackout curtains are open; the bathroom has a frosted glass window though

Krásný a prostorný byt v klidné části Prahy. Majitelé velice příjemní a ochotní, všechno naprosto dokonalé.

Great little apartment in the center of Nazare close to everything. Beach is only 3 minutes away by foot. Very clean, comfy bed and great shower. Washing machine is a plus. Great communication with the host, very easy check in and out..

Dario is amazing, he ensured that everything was perfect. He went as far as showing me around the neighborhood and explaining everything in detail. The place is amazing, due to the pandemic we decided to spend more time at the property, and I can't imagine if we stay elsewhere. Full of character and the kids loved it.

Overall I will miss the little apartment, so central so it’s ideal ! One down side is the amount of stairs as it’s on the 4th floor. Super comfy beds, will miss the apartment

The apartment was what we needed, very spacious. Super cheap and a good area to live in, if you aren't too anxious. You wouldn't want to live here if you were a family or just easily disturbed by noise. But it worked for us. Zuzana was an alright but at times difficult landlady. Sometimes she made up for it when broken things in the apartment were fixed quickly but at other times she was unreliable and unresponsive

Všechno je v pořádku!

Irena and Honza were absolutely lovely and the flat is beautiful and has everything you might need (except a TV, if you need one). There is a nice community garden out back where kids can play. It must be nice in the summer.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and in an excellent location - close to restaurants, walking distance to key spots and close to public transport. It gets a lot of sun and has lovely views of Funchal and the ocean. The landlord was very responsive, easy to communicate with and super helpful.

The best landlady in Prague! She is very kind, helpful and generous!

The space was very clean and spacious. Although we had heating units, it was very challenging to keep the place warm enough for us!

Highly recommend! Location: perfect for us: exactly .75 mi. from center of town…but all a beautiful and steep walk. The apt. overlooks a valley of bananas and of course the ocean. Patio: large and includes a covered grill/table/hot plate and more for your exclusive use…and it’s decorated tastefully. Hot tub! (tip: set heat to 40 before you leave for the day and down to 36 overnight f you want it warm after dinner). Bed: super comfy…not too hard nor soft. Water pressure: adequate, but quick showers only if you run hot water at full-blast (no problem if you don’t). Washing machine for your exclusive use (detergent provided). The apt. is under the owner’s home, but in 2 weeks we never heard them at all! Amenities: perfect - there was nothing we wanted/needed for cooking, etc. that wasn’t supplied (except a fly swatter and broom…so we bought and left in the room for future guests). The rental company was great people and easy to work with. Cons: sugar ants…we’re super clean and they still arrived at any sign of sugar left out at all (tip: always wipe all surfaces keep honey in the fridge even if you diligently clean the outside of bottle after use and you shouldn’t have a problem). Host family: wonderful! Even in our broken language communications they were some absolutely lovely and kind people! Also, the grandmother lives next door and left for us several warm, fresh baked goods during our visit…what a sweetie! That’s it for cons…the place was great! Your visit won’t let you down here! BONUS:: the black dog you’ll pass every day over the gate is named (dang I forgot!) - she’s just super sweet and cute - don’t be shy and give her some love each time…we bought dog biscuits and gave her one at b’fast and one at dinner…her sweetness deserves the treats! Enjoy!!

The studio is really cosy and has basic necessities, I really enjoyed my 4 month stay here. Pavlina is so nice and replies really quickly!
